We purchased this furniture for our rental beach house . The delivery was great, took time quoted almost exactly, friendly efficient delivery people. They set up and checked all peices, cleaned up all packing and were just nice guys. The Broyhill furniture quality is great! we have this same furniture in another rental house and it has been very durable, stain resistant and ungodly comfortable!!! The team at Sofas and Sectionals helped me track the purchase all the way to the door and called ahead as requested. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We couldn't be happier...it was scary ordering online without the opportunity to sit on a similar one, but it was worth the wait. It sits very well...the recliners on each end work wonderfully. It dresses up our room, and it fits perfectly...this was the only model I've found in 3 years of searching that would fit my particular room. It seems to be very good quality...I plan to enjoy it for many years to come.

Ordering and delivery was very easy and everyone was polite and helpful. The sofa bed is nicely made and the fabric was much nicer than we expected. We have put pool noodles on the side of the bed mechanism for added support for the seat cushions. This also keeps the cushions from popping up in middle of the couch when someone sits by the arms. We would have liked to have an option to purchase a higher end mattress. The higher end option offered has the air bed mattress combo which has a terrible reputation. Other than above the couch is very comfortable and much better made than what is available locally for the same price.

I feel I got a bargain in pricing and delivery. The sofas are beautiful, will last a while and the delivery was on time, they placed them where I wanted them and were polite. Thank you!

when we sat in our chair there was a line that formed straight through the seat, It appears to be where the leather was folded during storage. It is not bad enough to go through the trouble of having it repaired, but if it was in store would not have taken it. Other than that everthing went as promised.

The delivery went well. On time. Careful to protect sofa and wall. They opened the bed to make sure it works properly. A hint: my husband removed our stair rails before they came, so that made the maneuvering a lot easier since we had a bookcase at the bottom of the stairs. The sofa is great and a nice color.

From the time I first contacted Sofas and Sectionals every transaction was conducted in a a very professional manner. Every representative was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The product was delivered as scheduled and we are very happy with our new furniture.

I say nearly, because I love our new loveseat! One glitch - I asked that the wood base and legs be cherry and they are black. I think it's being dealt with.

I had a small problem with my sleeper-sofa, and sofas and sectionals did everything possible to make it right. the delivery was on time, and the delivery team was exceptional. i would not hesitate to order again.

Chair is of good quality, but leg support is about 6 in too short for proper support of my legs; have to use stool with pillow. Maybe, I should specified length; I'm only average in size, 5ft 11in tall.

The ordering process was quick and clear. S&S called to keep me posted frequently. The local delivery company was thorough, helpful and prompt. All of the pieces of the sofa arrived clean, and undamaged. I paid for the extra set-up and was not disappointed. The quality of the sofa was appropriate for the price. The time from order to delivery was closer to 10 weeks rather than the 6-8 advertised. This caused moderate inconvenience in planning delivery. I would highly recommend ordering from S&S as long as you prepare for a wider delivery window.

The good: the product ended up being great! The customer service people when I called were great and very helpful! The white glove delivery service was great! The bad: My furniture was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks, but the chairs finally got to us in 11 weeks! It took numerous calls on my part to track it down, otherwise I think my order may have been forgotten!

I ordered these in December and received emails that their production would take be 8-10 weeks. I finally received them at the end of March! After the allotted time had passed I started calling Sofas and Sectionals but particular names and phone extension I was given either didn't answer their phone or if I left a message no one would call back. Sofas and Sectionals had over $3000.00 of my money but I couldn't get any answers and the emails stopped. Finally, I randomly called and spoke to a new employee named Tika she was the only one followed up with me and apologized with a informed answer to my concerns. I really am happy with the furniture, great quality but service was greatly lacking.

Very helpful

The whole experience was very unsatisfactory. We ordered and paid for recliner and it took over 4 months to get product. No one knew what was going on with a lot of information and wrong information. Never returned calls when promised. We had to follow up ourselves. Dion was helpful in the end but overall very poor service. Product is wonderful.

If you don't mind poor communication, waiting much longer than the promised time and being charged before your order ships then this is your company....THEN after Purchasing $3000 worth of furniture I requested a price match of an online competitor. I supplied the sales person with the screen print of the offer and it was denied. The price was not any special deal but I was told they wouldn't make enough money at that price. What good is a price match guarantee if they don't honor it.
