The sofa that we received was great - just as we ordered with custom fabric. We were told that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery and it arrived towards the end of that time frame. Once ordered, there is no way to really track the status of your order. You can call, but no one has a clue what is going on. One day they'll tell you, "It's almost ready to ship" and the next day they'll say "It'll probably be another 4 weeks." The white glove delivery is a rip off. They are supposed to call you with a delivery time, for when is convenient for you, unload the sofa, bring it into the house, put the sectionals together, and take away the packaging. An email was sent with supposed tracking info when it shipped, but the tracking site was never kept up to date. It took about 10 days from the day we were emailed until delivery. They never really set up a time that is convenient for me. They called to say, we'll be there tomorrow between 10:00 and 4:00 forcing me to take the day off work at the last second. When they showed up in our new neighborhood under construction, they started unloading our light colored sofa into a big dirt lot. They they proceeded to start unpacking the sofa until we were able to stop them. The hands of the guy doing the unpacking were so greasy they looked like he had been working under the hood of the truck all day long. When we asked him to clean them, he simply wiped them on a rag which did no good at all. We didn't want those nasty hands handling our new light grey fabric sofa, so my wife and I carried the sofa into the house and put it together ourselves. Definitely not white glove and not worth $200.

I had looked for a new sofa for months. I found one I liked and compared prices in stores and online. I was a bit nervous to make such a big purchase online-especially with the delivery having to be choreographed, but this was simple! It arrived as scheduled, the delivery service was excellent and very friendly. I absolutely love the furniture. It's even more lovely than I imagined! I will recommend to friends!

I received a call from the delivery company to schedule deliver 3 pieces of furniture this is after waiting the 6 to 8 weeks as promised. The night before delivery they called to say the couch was damaged and would be bringing the love seat & recliner (not good news) only. The delivery was good and timely. Only problem the couch was not delivered they said it was damaged. They said they would communicate with the company regarding the damage. I called the company to find out what was happening with the replacement, only to find out it hasn't been shipped. The delivery men said a couple weeks and would come from a local warehouse, which I thought was strange, when it as actually a special order.

Some of their furniture may be cheaper than their competitors, however remember the phrase "you get what you pay for". In my experience their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced when spending this amount of money. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, I would not recommend anyone to use them, I wish I had paid slightly more and gone with someone else. I have been promised my furniture every week for the past 3 weeks, despite the fact it has not even left the manufacturer. I have NEVER been called back by sofas and sectionals despite the number of times I have been promised one. I would be demanding a refund, however the chances of receiving it from such a poor, unprofessional outfit would be minimal, bearing in mind the amount of "chasing around" I have had to do on an order, it beggars belief what a refund experience would entail!

We received our Lane Reclining sofa in 6 wks as promised. It is beautiful and very comfortable. I looked it over top to bottom and every corner was perfect. It is leather and vinyl and it is a perfect match. I can't tell the difference between them. I have already recommended Sofas and Sectionals to several of my family and friends. Thank you so much!

I would have never considered ordering a sofa online without trying it out first... but after much shopping at local furniture stores for a sofa sleeper for our vacation rental- I decided to replace the worn out Broyhill sleeper I had with an identical model. The quality and price could not be beat!! Other sofa sleepers I looked at were all at Big Box furniture stores and poorly made. I spent the same amount and got a very reputable brand name sofa. It was easy to order, fabric samples came right away and the ordering process was thorough. Great customer service- Great delivery, too!! I highly recommend shopping for a sofa, then placing your order with Sofas and Sectionals.

Replaced our leather lounger with a new BarcaLounger purchased from Sofas and Sectionals. Great chair and a very nice price, including free shipping. Chair arrived within a reasonable time and in excellent condition. Very satisfied with the entire purchase process.

Rep we ordered from was fired and company left us hanging - no info at all. I had to make dozen( s) calls to pursue. Next rep held on like a bulldog to this order and I nearly had a breakdown before the sofa arrived many weeks later and way too many excuses. Even the delivery promised by email and fine on was botched. But the guys who brought it did make it right. I would never recommend anyone order furniture this way!!!

They did a good job with bringing the sectionals into the house but not worth the money to have this done. Even at my age I could set the sectionals up. They were in a hurry to leave.

I had been looking for a new sectional for several months. I spent alot of time in furniture stores and on-line looking for a new sofa. I kept going back to Sofas and Sectionals because they absolutely had the best prices by several hundred dollars on the same furniture I could go and purchase from the store. I ordered a sectional so, when looking at the layouts on line, Sofas and Sectionals had each measurement laid out so that I could measure my living room and make sure it would fit the way I wanted. Their customer service was excellent... The order took about 8 weeks to deliver, but they stayed in contact with me via e-mail thru the whole process. The delivery was quick efficient and easy to schedule. I highly recommend Sofas and Sectionals - its a little scary buying furniture on-line, but they made the process very easy and I am super-pleased with my purchase. I will be going back when I need additional furniture.

I love my new couch so far. It didn't come with the USB ports that I wanted but other than that it appears to be an great quality. The foot rest can be hard to close but I'm hoping that's just because its new. They did a great job with the timeline and delivery. Overall very satisfied.

It had a couple of scratches on the leather that wasn't notice until after I assembled it. But the leg really pissed my off because it took 3 hours of messing with it only to have it on the chair but loose.

This was my first experience with Sofas and Sectionals. I took advantage of a Black Friday Palliser deal. I ended up getting a sectional with higher quality leather for ~2000 less than a local retailer, who was also running a sale. S&S told me when to expect my custom order and they were within 3 days of that estimate. During that time, they kept me up-to-date on my orders progress. I am completely satisfied and would order from S&S again!

I was about to give up on my search for the right sofa, least until I went to Sofasandsectionals.com. This website has so many types of sofas and other types great living room furniture too. I found the right one that fit my living room and wow – it was way under my budget! I actually had enough money left over from the budget to take my husband and myself on a quick weekend getaway by the lake. Highly recommend this place!

very happy with my purchase, recliner is a perfect match to my living room set, and comfortable as well as beautiful. great price, fast & friendly service. Unimpressed with the fedx delivery service tho.. all in all we are happy customers.....

The three chairs I ordered arrived undamaged and intact. Heidi, the phone sales rep. was very professional yet friendly. The only issue was that the FEDEX staff refused to help my son carry it into the house. They told us that they were not allowed to enter the home. I would have appreciated knowing this before delivery. I am wheelchair bound and if I had known this, I could have planned for this. I was unable to help him.

Purchasing a new love seat was easy. All went well, the ordering, delivering and a quick replacement of a broken plastic foot.
