We loved broyhill furniture, our last living room set was Broyhill. Setting up delivery was a very frustrating experience. Our new home didn't have any living room furniture, so I purchased BROYHILL MCKINNEY 6544 sofa and love seat size chair with ottoman When it finally arrived 5 weeks later, there was no throw blanket, which the online demo video clearly indicated was included with my order. If I had to do it over, I would not buy furniture from your company online. The delivery was not when promised and items were missing.
I had tried to find the wedge piece to my sectional furniture at several local stores, but with no success. I resorted to looking online, and although a little nervous, I ordered from this site. All the reviews were wonderful and now k know why! Every step of the way we got an email from them letting us know the status of our order. My piece arrived and fits perfect! Thanks again!!!
I had a wonderful experience getting my new furniture. It started while I was online placing my order and wanted an opinion about color matching and decor matching. I got a great person to help me through that decision process. Then I was notified when the products were ready for shipping. I was given a window of time for delivery and even though I live in a small town in the mountains of Colorado, delivery was on time and very professional. Thank you so much for a great company!

I had a reclining love seat made for me to match my chair I told them the color I wanted "libre sage". The loveseat is the exact color as my chair I finally have a match!! The loveseat is so comfortable and sturdy I Love It!! thankyou sofas and sectionals ...You Are the Best!!
I ordered a leather recliner January 26th. The email I received said I would receive the chair within 10-21 business days from the date of my purchase. So, I figured late February at the latest. I didn't receive the chair until April 1st! By my count, that is 52 business days. In my opinion, this is unacceptable.
We received our Lane Rockford sofa (finally) and are entirely pleased! It is beautiful and just what we wanted. Thank you sofa and sectionals!
Its different than the color that was on the site most likely because the pc monitor produces RPG colors but it still works for me. Delivery people were nice I'm told but wish they mentioned that the recliners were tied not to open but then again maybe they did..
I was a little worried about the fact i couldnt see the prodct before hand but had no choice as this was the only one i could find that would fit my space - Turned out to be perfect. Staff and Delivery personel were great too.
The couches I received are great. What is most unfortunate is the customer service. It took nearly 12 weeks to received the furniture when it was noted to take 6-8 weeks. When I emailed and called about it, the multiple people I asked, didn't have much information for me. The last email I sent didn't even get a response. Then suddenly, the shipping company finally contacted me for the delivery, but Sofas and Sectionals didn't even reply. While I am relieved the furniture arrived to my satisfaction, it makes me nervous to make future purchases as I wouldn't want anyone to deal with customer service as I had. It doesn't create much trust with the company. Some improvement would be to better handle customers with inquires about the progress on furniture. People don't mind waiting a bit longer if the furniture is taking longer than expected if the customer isn't ignored. You need to keep them in the loop.
After the sale there was no follow up on delivery dates. It was a hard to get info online and when I called people were vague and rude. I wondered if I had fallen for a scam site! It wasn't and delivery was just within their parameters.
Love the chair but delivery was a challenge. Fex Ex scheduled 5 different times and cancelled each time due to truck and driver issues. They wanted us to unload the chair from the truck. I am 70 and my wife is 68. No way could we get the chair off the truck . They finally delivered with a truck that had a lift.
We were nervous about ordering a sofa online-no chance to sit on it first. The sale price seemed to good to pass up, though. We did have to go to customer service to get the fabric swatches, and even then, some fabrics were discontinued in the week between our request and our receiving them, and then again when we tried to order. Ordering was painless. There was a delay in getting our sofa, but we were informed promptly, and the delay turned out to be helpful for us in the long run. The men who delivered the sofa were courteous and quick.

We would recommend sofas and sectionals to all our friends and family. The ordered experience was fast and we had a great salesman who saved us even more then we thought. We were updated throughout the process via email and we called about delivery. The delivery and set up went without a hitch and my family has been enjoying our sectional for weeks.
We bought the couch and love seat from a military exchange and then found out there was a matching wedge to turn it into a sectional but the exchange didn't carry it and wouldn't order it. We originally wanted a sectional but liked the Dakota so much we settled for couch and love seat. Then I found Sofas and Sectionals web site and bought the wedge. Very easy to purchase on their site, easy to checkout and pay and the delivery was extremely fast. Furniture normally takes MANY weeks. This was a few weeks but very reasonable. AND, the wedge matches the couch and love seat perfectly. I should have bought the whole thing from Sofas and Sectionals. The exchange really wasn't much cheaper.
I'm still missing a converter extension plug for the power chaise. The delivery guys said they called it in and entered it in the system, that it was missing. I noted it on the delivery invoice that they keep, and followed up with an email, but I've heard nothing back. Still waiting! Sofas and Sectionals ...Regards Eileen
The website was easy to navigate and find the furniture that I wanted. The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the confirmation letter. However, too much time as in weeks passed with no communication as to the status of my order, had it been fulfilled? was it shipped? when would it be delivered? Nothing. I finally after waiting what seemed an appropriate amount of time I called customer service. They didn't know where my order was. Then finally got hold of a guy who said, "Yes we recieved your order and it has been paid for. It will ship soon." I got a tentative delivery schedule from him and made arrangements for my son to be home since my wife and I went on a 15 day cruise shortly thereafter. When we returned, no furniture delivery. Another call established it was in the state and they needed to schedule a deliver. After that the couch arrived on time, was brought into my home as I paid for it to be and was set up. The quality of the furniture appears to be of good value for what we paid. Thank you.
I ordered, they sent confirmation, called earlier than expected for delivery and delivered with no problems.
Will use Sofas and Sectionals again and recommend them to others.
