Once the furniture got here, it was beautiful. I recommend this site however, make sure you are not in a hurry for it.

I ordered a chair and with no explanation or even a warning that it would take 2 months to get it. I called at least 3 times before I got someone to help me. Actually they couldn't help me because the answer was "you just have to wait" So I waited but I will never order with this company again.

delivery was more than expected and on time

I have never ordered a large piece of furniture on line and was a little nervous. I was so pleased, everything worked out perfectly and I paid 600.00 dollars less than a quote from a local retailer. :

The ottoman itself seems to be a great product and well made. The drawers work well and provide a fair amount of storage space. The only downside has been that the leather used on the ottoman doesn't come close to matching the color swatches we used to select from. The ottoman is covered in a bright red leather and the swatch was a subdued burgandy color. We are trying to make it work, but it is definitely not a color we would have selected had their color swatches been correct.

It took almost two months to receive my chair even though my credit card was charged the day I ordered it. It is a nice chair, but the color is not what I expected. I received a swatch of the color before I ordered it, and I know with leather the color will vary, but there is a big difference between the swatch and the actual chair. I would not order an item this large and expensive on line again. I will only deal in person from now on so I know what I am getting.

I recently purchased a reclining sectional at a great price and very pleased with the quality. When the sectional was delivered there was a small fabric tear under the arm cushion so I contacted Karen in customer service and she was absolutely great in dealing with the issue. She maintained contact by email with me during the entire process. She sent a furniture repairmen out to inspect the furniture and to get pictures of the sectional where the tear was. Karen stated that he had 5 days to respond to me and he did and he set an appointment with me and arrived at time and date set! Once he notified Karen of his recommendations she informed me that I will be notified within the next few days in what would be done to fix or replace the sectional. Without fail she notified that they had approved his recommendations and Karen informed me it would be shipped from the manufacturer the replacement cushion and fabric for the repair. It arrived within 2 weeks as she stated and she immediately notified me that she had contacted the repairman to set an appointment with me and just as she had stated he contacted me promptly. He arrived on the set time and date and totally did a terrific job and I am so pleased with the sectional and the exceptional service that I received that I will definitely recommend and do business with on my next furniture purchase for the home. We started shopping for our furniture in February hoping to have it by April. The first representative that we got on the phone officially becomes your sales rep and it was a very bad experience. He never responded to our questions or requests until we called on the phone several times as well as sending numerous emails. I finally was able to order something after several months and got my order in July. It was not what I ordered and then had to deal with another customer service rep. That rep. NEVER returned a call when she said she would. It took MY phone calling them every week for 6 weeks to finally get some satisfaction. I ended up accepting the incorrect furniture and taking a rebate which I was not happy with because I was completely frustrated dealing with this company. The furniture we bought was good quality and the fabric was also good. I would never deal with this company again.

I got a great sofa at a great price from a friendly helpful representative over the phone. The website had great pictures and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The sofa arrived in great condition although it was more than 2 weeks later than promised. I love the sofa and would use the website again and I would keep my expectations low on delivery speed.

Easy to deal with. I had some minor delivery issues and the company was very easy to access and work with. The delivery guys were great and did more than expected. The negative (-2 stars) is the quality of the sofa. This product was overpriced even at sale price. I could have bought same quality for half the price locally. .

It has been 6 weeks since order was placed, and did not receive confirmation on ship date or delivery. Still waiting for information on above. Hopefully, will hear something soon.

Purchased in early May with a promise of 6-8 week delivery time. After three calls to chase my order, it finally arrived at 12 weeks. But conveniently I was charged straight away for the order. No one would return my calls, I always had to leave a voice mail. Once it finally arrived, the product was as expected. The delivery service (freight company) was pleasant and efficient.

I didn't know what to expect buying a power recliner online. I did wait 8 weeks for it (which I was told up front.) From the delivery service (which was very good.) I am very happy with my comfortable recliner.

Delivery service called to schedule a time. They delivered on time and took off the sofa and recliner and set them up in mt great room. Both items looked great. This is the first time I bought on the internet I was taking a chance but I am well pleased with their service.

After shopping for 2 weeks I found Sofas and Sectionals on line. The price was really great for a 4 piece set of the couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. I thought I would take a chance because the price was so great and WOW I could not be happier. They are well made and really comfortable for seating or a nap. Try this company you will not be disappointed.

Huge quality in all aspects such as the construction, materials, and design. It would be would be wonderful if there are outlets to connect electric devices or USB jack to connect or re - charge the cell phone or tablets, but for me my new sectional is excellent.

My husband and I are about six feet tall and our feet just touch the floor and the couch is long enough for a nap. They're darker than I expected but sturdy and comfortable. The free white glove delivery was excellent.
