The Lane Brand Leather quality is obvious the minute you see and sit on this furniture. The whole buying experience was perfect. From the time I turned in my order online until I signed for the furniture in place in my home there was constant communication concerning my purchase, shipment, and delivery online. Yes, I was worried dealing for the first time with a furniture source in Colorado for furniture in my home in Texas - but not to worry with this company - they know exactly what they are doing. As you should be able to tell - I am completely pleased with my purchase from Sofas and Sectionals.

order process was seamless, and our sofa was made and delivered on schedule. sofa is on the firm side (easier for older people to get up from!) and quality is great. very pleased.

I just bought new furniture from an online company called Sofa and Sectionals. The sales agent was quite knowledgeable about the product and insured me that it was made from quality materials. Prior to shipping, I was notified that my items would be shipped directly to me at my convenience. Upon delivery, I verified that my items were carefully packaged and undamaged. Then I proceeded to unpack my new furniture. As I had hoped, the product was lengthy but sturdy. Setup was fairly easy because after arranging everything into it's proper location, it was just hook them together and plug it into the electrical outlet. The massaging and reclining functions worked perfectly!! I'd highly recommend that you get this product.

The two young men that delivered my recliner was very pleasant with concerns of my house floors and instructions of the attachment of chair.

This is the first time we ordered from Sofas and Sectionals. We had been looking for a new sectional and had been to many furniture stores. We did find one in the store but wanted to compare prices to make sure we were getting the best deal since we were on a budget. We found Sofas and Sectionals online and read many positive reviews. Sofas and Sectionals had the exact sectional we had fallen in love with in the furniture store. What was even better was the price was lower than what it was in the store and it was in our budget. The order was filled quickly after we placed our order on-line. The day of the arrival of our Sectional was impeccable. The two gentlemen were pleasant and set up our new sectional in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service and very pleased with our new Sectional. We will defiantly recommend Sofas and Sectionals and we will defiantly order from here again. Thank You!

After doing much research, I placed an order for the Palliser Pacifico II theater seats. Overall experience was great. The sales rep was very friendly and had answers to all my questions. Order was placed easily and once I finally received the shipment, they came exactly as ordered, no issues. It has only been a few weeks since I received them but they look great and are comfortable as advertised. Can't comment yet on the wear and how they hold up with time. Shipment took an extra three weeks and if it wasn't for that, I would have given 5 stars. At one point the seats were shipped but nobody could track down where the seats were and when they would be delivered. Once it raised to the level of a supervisor, the issue was resolved. I never received an answer as to whether this was an error with the manufacturer or the delivery company. I did a lot of research before ordering and can confidently say that you won't find these seats at a better price. They're the same seats that you'll find at high quality furniture stores for double.

The ordering process was good and the product was delivered in the general timeframe we had expected - so that was all good. The quality of the all leather Palliser sectional is generally very good. The delivery team was great too. The only problem seems to be that one part of the sectional seems to wobble a little. The delivery team noted it but there does not seem to be any way to get any action it actually getting resolved?

I purchased a sleeper sofa from Sofas and Sectionals. Their timeline for completion and delivery was accurate. They delivered the product in excellent condition. They were respectful with my client. The product was reasonably priced. My only reservation is when contacting them for assistance with product detail selection, I did not have someone who was readily knowledgeable.

Happy with my purchase. Arrived to my house in about 9 weeks from the day I ordered it. Liked the white glove delivery. The movers did a great job getting it into my house and setup. All in all a good experience.

We looked at the furniture we wanted at a local furniture company, but the furniture was too pricy. I googled the brand name of our furniture and found this web site. The furniture we wanted was available for half the cost, even after purchasing the white glove shipping option. The only thing we did sight unseen was choose the color. The color turned out exactly the way it looked online. The delivery process was exceptional. The white glove service is the way to go. The gentlemen who delivered our furniture were very professional, came when they said they would come, unpackaged everything, set everything up (and moved it a few times until I was satisfied with placement), inspected every little detail with me, took all packaging materials with them. I had a new set of furniture - hassle free. Next time I need a piece of furniture, I will definitely use them again!

When ordering the furniture I called the company up and they were able to provide me with an even deeper discount. Unfortunately I didn't get to add the warranty plan and when I called to confirm because I didn't see it on my receipt it was too late... Most likely my fault, but would have been nice if they could have allowed me to pay for the warranty.

We loved our experience with Sofas and Sectionals. After making many trips to stores around our area, dragging the kids with me, searching for the perfect couch and having no luck... my husband said just order one online. I was afraid to get one without having sat on it or seeing it in person. I told him to go ahead and he found the Lane Stanton 863. It was delivered exactly when they said it would and the delivery guys were great. My only complaint is one of them got footprints on my newly cleaned carpet I wish they would've worn shoe protectors or something. The couch is amazing! It is huge, extremely well made, the colors are perfect for our room, and it is incredibly comfortable to sit and nap on! Out of all the couches I sat on this by far blows the others away and at 1/2 the price. I am so happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

We received our new Lane Leather couch and the delivery guys were even early,unfortunately we got there 30 minutes later. They quickly were shown the preferred route and set up the couch with no problems. Only disappointment is that the seat cushions are so high, our feet are off he ground when seated. Perhaps they will relax after years. If we had sat in it in a showroom, I doubt we would have bought it. Disappointed.

Every step went well and I love my new sofa set. Recomended 100%!!!!

We knew what this couch was like bc we saw it in a local store but this site claimed it could get it here faster. It read 10 to 14 days for delivery. So, we hopped on it. The local store couldnt promise us that time frame. I had a foot surgery coming up and since our bedroom is upstairs, I needed this to sleep on for 6 weeks, as I am non weight bearing after surgery. I got a confirmation email after purchase and that was it. When the 14 days passed w/no update, I emailed, called, etc until they sent me to the person handling my order. She told me 14 to 21 days. Ok, still in time. Barely, but making it. Surgery day came and went and again, I had to track down someone to ask where it was, as I got no further communications. She said once it ships, they have no control over when delivery will take place and sent me tracking info. Well, guess what? It was delivered to the people delivering it days ago, BEFORE MY SURGERY! They call and lie to me saying they "just got it off the truck today!". Long story short, they said they could delivery on one of two dates. Either a week and a half from them, or two and a half weeks. I was LIVID. The day of delivery, I did what I could to ensure an easy setup. (Mind u im cannot use one leg at all and using a walker). They pull up to wrong door after I told them on call when almost here to use the other door, got an attitude that the guy didnt tell driver, and I had a rug rolled up waitong to be put down for the couch to go on. He said "they only give us 10min per delivery and we already used half that pulling to other door". What?!?!? This is "WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY"?!?! The guy said we dont put in place if paid for a service we dont do take it up w people who sold it to you. They proceeded to leave my sectional unhooked, in a pile in my livingroom and ran to the truck and took off saying they still had half a truck to deliver. And they didnt even show up until 630 PM!!!!!! The couch is awesome, the exact one we picked out in the store. Cant argue about quality, as the furniture they sell is legit. However, customer service is severely lacking and I wasted $199 on a service I did not receive. I had to hire a moving co next day to put in place for me.cost me another hundred bucks. Now, after many complaints, emails and calls, the delivery fee was refunded but its the principle of purposely selling someone something that a company wont do. So, get the regular free delivery and hire a local to put in place. It will save time, money and alot of stress! Also the wait time wouldnt have been bad if I was told in advance, but dont reel me in w/a shorter time then tell me how impossible it is to meet it. You set the time frame, not me. If I was told X Amount of time to begin with, I wouldnt have felt how I did about it. I would use them agaon for mayne chairs or something i didnt need in a crunch. The prices are good and the wuality is up to you and what you can afford. All in all I give my experience a 3. Better customer service, more communication and better delivery would have made this a 5 star transaction.

I'm very pleased with my new Andreo leather sofa from Palliser. It is the most comfortable sofa I have ever had. My dog loves it to. Everything went well from the start of the order. Sofas and sectionals did a good communication job. The 8 weeks wait went by rapidly and now at age 61 I have a sofa that should last me forever. I'm very pleased with the quality of the leather.

I didn't realize to order a sofa online and wait for it to be delivery would actually took 8 weeks. I found out the fine prints saying it would take 6-8 weeks on the invoice after I placed the order, surprise 1. I tried to cancel the order and I was told that I might need to pay some fees if the process has begun surprise 2. I had to call many times, every week, to ask for status update since I didn't see any update online and at a point I found out the sales might didn't even send the order to the so called manufacturer, surprise 3. The sofa delivered in a nicely wrapped bag and box. The driver asked me to sign the paper immediately without helping to unwrapped the sofa and given me no time to open it up and test the power recline function. "We deliver only. If it doesn't work, call customer service", was what I was told. surprise 4. Luckily I unwrapped the 210 lbs sofa from the box and plastic cover and hook up the wires with the adapter, which was taped and hidden somewhere underneath the sofa, and there is no broken plywood frame, no scratch on the leather and the power recline works. Personal opinion, I would never try to order sofa or any furniture online any more.

The only thing that disapointed me was that the seat custions are not removable and seem a little soft, but time will tell...no way to make the seat more firm.

My family is in love with this sectional! It's huge, super soft and plenty of room for my entire family to lay across comfortably. It was definitely a great investment for the money. The prices on this website for the full sectional and ottomon together was cheaper than any other site for just the sectional. The only issue I had was the time it took to receive the sofa from the date of order. The sofa is custom made which is great because this means no one else sat on it while in a showroom at a furniture store, but the time to receive it could be better. It was definitly worth the wait now that we have it! I completely and utterly would recommend the Jackson Sofa Sectional to anyone with the space to house it! And order from this website....they have the best price out there!
