The price quoted for the property showed a difference with a quotation for another identical property. This was corrected after I complained to my broker.

The service is great, but the prices seems to be increasing every year. I know its related to the build cost but would expect to get a better price for being loyal customer and for having multiple property insurance.
We were happy with the renewal quote and it was all very straight forward to renew the insurance. We haven't felt we have needed to look elsewhere since we moved to Rentguard.

I have been a customer of Rentguard for many years. After telephoning several times I requested a quotation without an administration charge. I got a quotation without an administration charge which I acceoped and paid over the phone. When the receipt came back an administration charge of £30 was recorded in the amount I paid of £110.44 , the building premium recorded was £80.44. VERY POOR Next year I will be seeking an alternative POOR PRACTICE.
I've been using Rentguard for over a decade. they are always helpful. Their reminders always arrive in plenty of time. On the phone, their agents are always helpful & positive, and know their products and suppliers well. Over the years each one has been able to find lower priced deals, whilst still maintaining the required levels of coverage.
