Well, I accepted this free offer which came with two buy-to-let mortgages I took out recently. Talk about a mix-up. The dis-interested young guy on the end of the phone took all my details. Kept mishearing the information I was telling him and when his email confirmation came through, they had got a mistake in one of their own certificate numbers. I am not sure that I can be bothered to phone again, it was quite a palaver the first time!!
