It would be better if there was a seamless join with Open rent ie not having to provide further info eg email contact, which Open Rent already have.

The renewal was as expected...competitive and fits the bill. Call handling poor....I rang up to pay by card, handler discussed the policy which was in my wife's name....but I also had to pay for another rental legal expense which we always take out....it had the exact same detail and similarly was in my wife's name.... She wouldn't let me pay because she said policy was in my wife's name...yet did so with the building policy....baffled....just wanted to pay....still don't get why I could pay for one but not the other....poor call handling, terse and poor communicator.Yet a good competitive policy!
