I am a landlord and have used Rentguard for several years. I found myself in an unfortunate situation where my flat was unoccupied and was subject to water damage. I was told that my policy did not cover this eventuality. It seems that these insurance companies are willing to take your money monthly, but as soon as you need some help they always find some way not to pay out. I will be cancelling my policy immediately.
