The lass (Kendall) I spoke with was great! Easily understood why I was calling, clearly explained what she would do, apologised for any "wait"time - and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Overall a VERY positive experience. It's so nice speaking to just one customer service rep who can, so quickly and easily, resolve your issues!

Sorry to end the contract with rentguard but got a cheaper quote somewhere else on line . Latest agent on phone was very good but was unable to match the price .

The operatives dealing with my renewals saved me £125.00. Both operatives were friendly and efficient and could not have served me better,
i have just received my annual renewal letter for the building insurance for my BTL property. Went up from £400 last year to £750 this year, including £50 just for doing the renewal. Found the same cover at direct line for £250. Fair to say i wont be renewing with rentguard for any of my remaining BTL’s when renewals come up.
