The company I work for has been using World Options since January 2022, and they are definitely saving us money on our domestic courier shipments. The customer service and follow up action is prompt and the range of courier delivery options allows great flexibility and the portal is user friendly. There are a couple of 'back office' website tweaks that would make things a bit clearer for users, but on the whole, very happy with the World Options portal.

Started using these guys a few years back, would highly recommend. Alistair Ore is my rep, such an asset to World Options. He's always ready to take my calls, day or night, at 5am or at 9pm, the guy is always available. Alistair is my go to guy!!!! Gets me out of pickles coursed by other transport companies, gets me pricing on all sorts of shipments, whether it’s a same day service or a container import, he manages to get me quotes faster than most other companies. Sometimes the prices are a few quid out, but for the extra few quid, it’s well worth it!!!! knowing I have Alistair on the other end of the phone if I have any issues, there's no messing around being passed from person to person or waiting for calls to be answered Alistair deals with it all. Alistair is my AliSTAR!!!
