Terrible customer service from a company that is supposed to help you with your shipping - they do nothing of the sort! multiple emails and tracking numbers given with exact details and pictures for them to just keep passing us on to different person after different person each one asking the same questions as the previous! there is no management and no one can do anything apart from read a crib sheet by the looks of it - don't bother with them
have spent thousands with World options and they cannot provide us with any customer service, they just provide us with the info on the tracking (We can see this but we need to know more which is why we are asking!!) The problems generally come from UPS shipments as UPS wash there hands of any issues and do not get back to any enquires until its too late to make a claim!! item sent to china for nearly £200 yet item went to paddock wood depot and the next day returned as they was "too busy" Yet we have been charged the delivery fee!! still not got back to us world options or ups! Sorry for the rant but if you want your items there best go direct with the couriers so you can actually chase up any issues yourself!
We used UPS through World Options recently. We opted for DDP terms, so that our customer wouldn't get an additional fees. Having checked as instructed during the booking process for full details of the fees, we agreed to paid an administration fee of £15.53 for this, we were shocked to then be charged a further £24.51 disbursement fee, which at no stage was mentioned before booking. In all we were charged £40.04 to collect £3.71 of VAT. That's in addition to the cost of shipping the package. World Options will claim that they didn't know how much this charge was going to be, but despite checking numerous times before booking, the disbursement fee was not once mentioned. We now have an additional bill for almost £75 for 3 packages that we sent not knowing about the addition of the disbursement fee. We would not have used World Option if we had know. Their response to this, is to threaten legal action and they fail to take any responsibility for not informing their customers.
Not a good experience for me, waiting for a car part delivery 6 working days now. I have paid £25 and track parcel everyday, apparently sent with TNT via World Options. I have been calling their customer support numerous times for three days now and emailed them twice, not a single response. Even under this covid regime, I haven’t come across worse service.
We have used Bridgeway Express for 5 years and cannot fault them. Whether we are importing or exporting, Alex has been on hand to help and advise to get us the best solution to our shipping requirements. At last a company that does what they say and delivery what they promise. It is like having an extra person on your team working for you. Their follow up and support has been really appreciated and would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to ship in and out of the UK. Lets face it, there are lots of couriers and book agents out there all claiming to be gods gift. The true measure of these companies / agents is how efficiently they respond to the inevitable issues that crop up from time to time and how quickly and professionally they resolve them. I have been using World Options for 10 years or more now, and they always shine out on customer service, getting answers and updates, sorting out those little emergencies that pop up from time to time. They have real people on the phone when you need them. And boy when it hits the fan, you will be thankful you booked though World Options.

Absolutely amazing, would recommend to everyone! We use World Options for over 2 years now. The portal not only saves me lot of time but improve my work overall. Its easy to use and I have never experience a single problem with it. People from World Options are always kind and very helpful but our account manager Antonia Holden is an absolute legend and a good example of a professional account manager.
Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE. Taken THOUSANDS of pounds from us without providing ANY invoices at all. Blaming surcharges such as 'COVID charges' for taking thousands from us. We are happy to pay anything that we legitimately owe, but the fact they are not providing us with any proof of invoices and then ignore us when we challenge anything they say makes me believe something illegal is going on. As a small business, they have completely destroyed our profit margins by taking all this money and my family are paying the consequences now as we're struggling.
Found the customer service to be poor, can't be blamed on CVD-19 either as it's been the same for over 12 months. Will be looking elsewhere unless things dramatically improve soon.
We changed over to using World Options for our business and have never looked back. The service received from Joe and the team is always super fast, reliable and helpful. The pricing is better than our previous portal and the system works well. We are very happy with the service.
Brilliant. Joe Loxley is my contact and when I do need help with something, he's very quick to respond and very helpful. Their rates are 9/10 better than what we have on our own courier accounts, and the portal is great. Our accounts love the CSV report that can be pulled from the shipping screen. They also offer a number of plugins if you have an online web shop to help with shipping.
