Great for Small Businesses We have used Bridgeway/ WorldOptions for all of our sea freight from Taiwan to the UK, they are prompt and always more than happy to answer stupid questions if you're not completely sure on what you're doing. Bridgeway Express has been my go to place for my export requirements for some time now, and I do not give a 5 star rating lightly. We have been kind of stuck in our ways when it comes to shipping, that was until Chris introduced us to World Options, its completely changed the way we deliver to our customers, it is so much quicker and easier plus we control how much it costs to send.
No point in using World Options if you are importing into France for Amazon FBA. They charge you French import VAT which you cannot reclaim. Our commercial invoices show our French VAT number and EU EORI and we should not have been charged French import VAT. The import should have been processed through the French reverse charge procedure. Having charged us for this VAT, I asked for SAD documents to reclaim the VAT on our French VAT return. They say they cannot provide this. We have now paid French import VAT on 2 shipments with no way of reclaiming.

We are fairly new to World Options having moved over from an independent courier service who were failing us. So far, we have had a great experience in particular Alex, Lee and Rufus have been very helpful. Any issues that have arisen have been resolved quickly and efficiently and followed up by the team. The portal is simple to use to create and track shipments and if there is anything you aren't sure of the team are more than happy to assist. I would recommend this company!

Dreadful service I received an e mail from DHL saying I had to contact World Options with regards to my delivery. I called from France to be told even though I received the e mail (purchaser) due to data protection they couldn’t talk to me (why get DHL to send an e mail stating I had to contact them) I had to get the supplier to contact them. So the story goes, I call them, they tell me to call the supplier who calls them, they give information to the supplier who calls me so that I know what’s going on. Hopefully I get the correct information or we start the merry-go-round all over again. Absolute joke of a company. 🤬🤬🤬 Thank you for you reply but you are incorrect I have indeed supplied information to TrustPilot. Yes I have also given a negative response to DHL although not as you stated 4 negative responses 1 was 3 stars indifferent. My problem is that as your working with DHL they sent me an e mail asking me to contact you (not them, YOU) If this is wrong then perhaps to save people wasting time and money calling you and getting an unhelpful member of staff for you to not be forthcoming perhaps it’s time to amend this. I purchased the order, I paid for the delivery you are employed by me so the least you can do, as I’ve received an e mail and I have an order no. is to talk to me not palm me off. As I’ve stated to TrustPilot you asked them to verify my review however there are quite a number of good reviews with 5 stars from people with one review only that remain unverified. Something that could look a little suspicious. Strange that these remain unverified!!!! And so it goes on, I’ve called World Options as they’ve asked me to contact them. Surprise surprise no one has got back to me they have however had time to contact TrustPilot to suggest I’ve got the wrong company. Yes I did have a problem with DHL as well but it’s World Options that have caused me the biggest headache. So yes this is correct.
I was contacted by my now Account Manager Nimesh. What a pleasant experience and a much easier system to use than lots of the competition. Great prices and a very user friendly portal. Nimesh is always available for assistance on the rare occasion that help is required.
I would just like to say how refreshing it is to have a well established and efficient system to send parcels. Tom Kennedy has, on multiple occasions, given us advice and software support to make it a smooth process which is not found when attempting to use other services previously.
