In this day and age it's nice to be able talk directly to humans rather being shunted about on a phone filter system or talk to a Bot. I needed to ship 8 parcels to Spain and wasn't sure where to start. This particular job doesn't normally fall under my job description but with 2 people of with covid it's all hands to the pump. From the moment I telephoned World Options I was greeted with a very helpful young man on the switchboard who kindly put me onto customer services. World Options has been a god send to us. Prices are as competitive as you will find, but more importantly than that, I have an account manager. Antonia. She is irreplaceable. I have an issue i can call her, email her, message through the online portal. She is always prompt, professional, efficient and in total honesty, she sorts anything and everything i ever ask her. Couldn't ask for more and can not imagine ever needing or wanting to use any other company for shipping anything anywhere.
We have been using World Options for two years now, through Alex and the rest of the team at Bridgeway Express. We ship a number of parcels internationally each day and they have been incredibly supportive during all the problems caused by Brexit. They have kept on top of all shipments and kept us informed of any issues that have arisen. Customer support is essential when shipping many parcels and we cannot fault Alex and the team at all. They’re a refreshing change compared to the last company that we used.
5 Star service, Our company have been using Bridgeway since Brexit, I deal mainly with Chris Till and Lee Jones, who always go above and beyond. Brexit has been a nightmare for shipping to the EU, with it changing week on week, even when their hands are tied, it doesn't stop them trying to resolve any issues, and saves me a few headaches.

We ship internationally and up until a few months ago we used to use UPS via WORLD OPTIONS. We shipped around £1.2K worth of product in 3 boxes to the Netherlands, for an important job we had been given. 1 of the boxes got sent back to us and the other two disappeared never to be seen again. We booked this through an intermediary called "World Options" and not UPS directly. World Options say have been chasing compensation for these products for around 2 months now and no joy. All courier companies loose stuff, but when its clearly their fault and they wont compensate you that's really poor Customer Service. Its all about trust and so now we use anyone other than UPS even if UPS are cheaper. But surely our contract is with World Options, so they should compensate us as we are their client ? No one seems to want to take ownership and make it right or even do the right thing and compensate us. Its a murky world when it goes wrong and these guys just hope you will give up and go away. Note....... As an Internet company we never give up and we never stop telling people about good and bad service either. World Options / UPS its time to pull your fingers out of your bottom and pay up. 1Z755R016891105205 UPS tracking number. We have now been waiting for this to be settled since the 6th of August 2021. Its now the 15th November 2021 and no resolution in sight. I refer you again to the title of the review. A courier looses a valuable order and stalls paying out for loosing it. They should really be ashamed of themselves for keeping us waiting for 3 months.

After being let down by 4 national courier companies, we needed to get a package from A to B guaranteed same day service. World Options t/a Bridgeway Express were professional and efficient. They collected and delivered the package as they promised they would, excellent service.
