Offer a very supportive service with good rates

When things go well, everything is fine, but when they don't World Options have proved to be hopeless. Two shipments I sent arrived damaged. Sure, they have to deal with the carriers, but there is no urgency, no proper follow up, no persistence and no sense that I can see that would indicate World Options cares about the customer. It's now been 48 days and 22 days respectively since raising insurance claims and all I get from World Options is crickets. As I result I have lost business. I'll think twice about putting any more business their way. The web chat tells you that, "The team typically replies with in the hour." That's not true. I wait days for a response. But a negative review here and I get a reaction inside 2 hours. Very cynical.

Reliable service. Asim was very helpful and professional in giving correct advice and guidance. Went through the entire booking very patiently with me.Most importantly the goods were delivered on time to my customer just as promised. Tracking info was good and easy too.Honestly I would use his services again.

We couldn't recommend World Options any more than we currently do. Having used them consistently since Sept 2020, from small shipments to very large ones, they have catered and assisted us with it all. International shipments have been made easy since Brexit, and internal UK shipments have remained consistently simple with their help. Alex, our account manager, has been an absolute gem in every sense of the world and has rushed to our aid on numerous occasions. When Alex cannot assist, we have had the pleasure of either Lee or Fergus's assistance, and both are equally as helpful. Special thanks to the team at World options for all their help, don't know what we would do without you - 5/5 stars.

OK so I have read the other reviews and it looks like we just dropped unlucky with our account managers, so here goes - - we had Placida, who was pretty much vacant the whole time and impossible to get hold of and Mark Greenwood who is pretty much the most useless person I have every dealt with. I have never known a company as bad as World Otptions when it comes to customer service and I have been in Retail for years and have a multi - million pound business. We never had a single ticket answered. There was no pro active guidance on any missing parcels. No queries regarding VAT import docs were answered. Questions about charges were not explained - all this info I found out myself so it wasnt impossible, they just dont have the time or are not concerned. We had a good run with World Options but this was down to the carriers UPS and Fedex doing their job well - not World Options - when things do go wrong and you need them they are not there for you - be warned! We are using Deliver Plus now - we have a great account manager who brings issues to our attention - even if a pick up is late they message us.

Great service, Nimesh has always been incredibly helpful and timely with any replies to queries, especially since Brexit, highly recommend!

We've been using Bridgeway now for 18 months and have shipped several consignments to Europe and the Middle East with out any hiccups. Alex certainly knows his stuff, has helped tremendously and has made the whole process a lot easier. Keep up the great work. Stewart

This is a great company to use for your parcels. The portal is very easy to use especially with brexit, it generates the commercial invoice for you. The staff are very friendly and from day one Alex has been happy to help and dealt with any questions quickly.

The portal is easy to navigate and when there are issues the team is quick to respond and help with quoting or obtaining updated information and status of shipments.

Other than the lovely sales guy, this has been the worst experience of any carrier I have used, or business I have dealt with. They use multiple carriers, and when (as 50% did) the carriers don’t recognise you as the sender, rather World Options, which is an utter pain! They also managed to fail to charge me through the DD I set up, then threatened me with court action! Do not use these people, they cost me three clients.

From the very beginning of signing up with them, the World Options team have delivered outstanding customer service and nothing is ever too much trouble.
