We switched from our previous carrier to World Options and have had fantastic service from our account manager Nathan Mayall and the whole team since day one. The portal is easy to use and on the occasions where we have required further assistance we've found that nothing is too much trouble and any queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I could not ask for a better account manager than Nathan Mayall! Both Nathan and his team reply very promptly to correspondence and assist quickly in resolving any issues faced. They go above and beyond with customer service. I could not recommend Nathan and his team at World Options highly enough.

Fantastic service from Jas Ganger and his team with a large rush collection organised efficiently and on time. Our mistake sending goods out without a label, but amazingly due to the dilegence and honesty of the depot & driver, the items were returned back to us the next day! Any subsequently delivery queries handled promptly. Thank you everyone, what a great team to work with.

Nothing but good service from John Davis, the franchise owner with which I have dealt. The portal is easy to use and any questions are quickly answered by John. We send pallets nearly weekly and there are always multiple delivery options to suit our operation, whether this is a door to door haulier or via network we've not had a problem.

I've been using World Options for just over 6 months for domestic and international shipments. Thanks to their amazing support and assistance, shipping through them has removed some of the stresses and annoyances I use to have with courier services. They are based in the UK, so easy to contact and they have a great team who are friendly and professional. I often get support from Ellie or Iain, both give the impression that they care and that your problem matters, customer service at it's best. You will still have the same problems with couriers, that's out of their control, but instead of wasting valuable time trying to get through to a courier, then hoping they speak clear English, you can instead call World Options and they help resolve any issues. You are also assigned an account manager, Andy Markham looks after our account, he helps keep an eye on shipments and is always available to offer his assistance. Chasing delayed and missing shipments is never a simple problem to resolve, especially when most couriers today make it almost impossible to speak to a human for assistance. This is where World Options make a difference. Can't recommend more highly enough.

World Options have been nothing but excellent for our Business, by choosing to go with them we are now able to export our products, this was something we had previously failed with whilst using other logistic teams, Andy Markham told me exactly what we could expect at the initial time of setting up and has been true to his word he went to great efforts to provide additional information which in turn allowed our products to get through customs we are now in places such as America and Australia which would not have been possible without his knowledge and expertise , between himself and Ellie we have experienced a high level of customer service and fast response they have both gone to great measures to help us on a number of occasions, Ellie appears to work amazing under pressure nothing is ever to much trouble and she can resolve just about any issue she seems to come up against, there is a strong 'can do attitude at World Options, the key things about World options that make them stand out from other companies that i have used is, they deliver what they say, they are available straight away via either email or phone call, they are committed to providing a good level of services for our customers as much as we are, from start to finish they work alongside us to ensure this

We have used World Options on several occasions now, we have found them to be supportive with rapid response to quotations and an honest time frame for the goods arrival Andy Markham has been my go to person, for the initial request for a price and options on the most cost effective way to move the goods along with care, monitoring and regular updates. He takes a real pride in doing the best possible job and he is a nice person to deal with! I would recommend that you talk to them and explore how they can add value to your business

We have used World Options a few times now and have found them to be very reliable and reasonably priced. Our Account Manager, Alex Crawley, has gone above and beyond to help us with setting up our account and assisting us with their online booking process. Their drivers have arrived on time to collect our parcels etc and delivered them safely to our clients premises. Would definitely recommend World Options and Alex Crawley as your Account Manager.

This service is vital to our business. Not only are we able to send boxes and freight to a variety of places, competitively priced with all major couriers, but the customer service team is impeccable. James Martin our accounts manager is friendly and on top of everything. Gareth Harding goes above and beyond to make sure that any issues are dealt with in the best possible time. Thank you team!

Sent a few parcels now, most are fine and cheaper than the company we normally use. However, I have had two bad experiences. Shipped two parcels to the same address. Tracking said one parcel was being returned to shipper. Contacted World Options via chat, they said they would look into it and get back to be. They didn't. I phoned them, again they said they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't. Parcels eventually arrived at customer, but twice World Options said they would get back to me and didn't. Now doing my accounts and found I was quoted £16.70 for a parcel, but invoiced £133.06. Whilst searching emails for my customer representative, I found old emails from a collogue complaining about the same issue, invoicing for more than quotation. This is why we stopped using them in the past. You need to keep evidence of a parcels size and weight. Reply: I always round the size up by at least 10mm. So either your system misquoted and UPS charged you more, which you passed onto me or the box was damaged and misshaped during transit. I wonder what size UPS said the box was?

Used them for a while now through Bridgeway Express, mainly for our regular EU Parcels, since DPD's pathetic attempts rendered them nigh on useless after the massive negative effects of Brexit. The assistance of Lee and Abii in support have been amazing with the assistance provided sorting out many issues. Sad to say that such support has vanished with so many companies these days.

It's now three weeks since I submitted a Trustpilot review saying I'd had no response from World Options to my formal complaint submitted six weeks earlier. Despite having been a 'valued' customer for more than five years, I've still heard nothing from them at all. Someone at World Options did request my details via Trustpilot, but this appears to have been a lame attempt to get the review pulled. Since my name was on the review, they only needed to match this to my account ...or the formal complaint. ...or they could have spoken with my account manager, who's name was also mentioned. What do I need to do to get a response, or even an acknowledgement from World Options?
