I have used World Options for over 3 years now and I have always received fantastic customer service from them. I must give a special mention to Warwick and Shirl who are very proactive. They have a good choice of carriers with delivery options to cover all your needs. The prices are cheaper than dealing directly with the courier

On the whole, the service has been very good. We have experienced a few issues with parcels going missing, and incorrect charges being applied by various carrier companies underneath the World Options banner. You have always acted promptly to resolve any problems and generally sorted them out to our satisfaction in a timely manner

We have used World Options for over 2.5 years & I love that we can compare prices quickly and easily, all billing in one place which saves having numerous different accounts courier plus you get their bulk buy discounts! Quick and easy to keep track of all parcels sent regardless of which courier came back with the cheapest price. The only slight downfall with the portal is that they don't consider anything over 2.5kg as documents when sometimes they are!

After speaking with the so-called managing director today, still no resolution with £40000 worth of stock missing Layed the blame purely at customers and franchise employees door. Accused a world-renowned company of slander rather than deal with the issue. Reported to trading standards and taking legal action. Use this company at your own peril

I have to be honest and admit I was one of those people who didn’t want to listen and couldn’t get off the phone quick enough! The first time I was contacted by Alex Crawley at Bridgeway Express (T/a World Options) I had just started at the company and wasn’t really interested in what he had to say.. Sorry! But once I had settle down I realised we was really in need of a solution for our courier quoting as we were going to each courier separately which was very time consuming and we were not getting the best price. In speaking to Alex again and it became clear the World Options portal was what we needed and it would help speed up our quoting process but also save us a lot of time and money. I have now been using World options for all my international courier parcels for over a year and a half and the service is brilliant, Alex is always on hand to assist and help where ever it’s needed and I can’t speak highly enough of him. On top of the international parcels we are starting to use World options for my Sea freight and also road freight as they are beating my existing providers in these areas as well!

Decent company to deal with and communication is very good. My only gripe is the invoicing system is very messy as there are constant credits going through for overcharging. If the overcharging is sorted out then they would just about manage a 5 star.
