I work in a remote area. I use World Options to organise our UPS integration for everything from small shipments in UK to 90kg to the States. Easier to use than FedEx and more reliable, despite my location being well out in the sticks. Their 3rd Party software integration could be better.

As usual the ease of obtaining a quote or making a booking is very straight forward on the website and if there are ever any issues the online chat is available and the customer service is excellent.
I find World Options very easy to use, when all goes well it is brilliant However, I give 1 star less due to the following If parcel is not collected we are not notified automatically If parcel has a late delivery we are not notified automatically If parcel ends up being a pallet we are charged additional charges, normally an excessive charge which we are totally unaware of until the invoice is received
