Promised me they could deliver into Amazon EU when constantly harrasing me to sign up with them, so I gave it a try. Low and behold they couldn't deliver it and they just said they actually didn't know what they were doing and tried to put me in touch with a clearance company who had all 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot. My shipment was returned to me and I've been invoiced £215 for the pleasure of having my time wasted. Now they're not interested in helping in any way. Do not trust them, I won't be using them again. Edit: you didn't tell me numerous times, you raise a ticket in a dark little corner of your website and I didn't receive so much as an email to let me know. I was told before I booked the service you would deliver, only after it got stuck did you tell me that I would need a clearance company and then proceeded to recommend one who are clearly scamming people. As I said Overpromised, underlivered, rude staff, terrible service. Edit 2: despite not delivering the shipment which they invoiced us £215 for, they are now trying to invoice £800 for warehousing and another £320 for returning the shipment to us.

I've been using World Options for a number of years, their portal is easy to use, quick and effective. Tracking of parcels is straightforward, rates are very competitive. Customer service are very attentive and account manager maintains a close working relationship.

Bridgeway has recently become our go-to shipping service. A process that used to take 20+ minutes has become more straightforward and less time consuming. Our team is impressed with this portal's functionality and user-friendliness. We were impressed with the service received, especially with Chris Till's assistance and support throughout the entire shipping process. He has been there to help even with the smallest of questions. If you are looking for a way to simplify your life and increase your productivity, I would highly recommend Bridgeway.

So glad I switched from our usual couriers to you guys, thank you Chris for the out of the blue phone call. We were set in our ways with the old courier company but your portal is far easier to use, friendly staff and Chris Till is just a great account manager. From the start he has been so attentive and helpful and that is what any company needs.

Full marks to Andy Markham at World Options who was able to offer very attractive rates for shipping parcels within the UK. Their portal is one of the best I've used - very clear to book and east to track parcels once picked up. Normally, once companies have you signed up you're forgotten but definitely not the case as Andy kept in touch afterwards to check up how we were getting on.

Chet and the Team are brilliant. Easy to deal with if anything goes wrong or I can't work out how to do something. keep an eye on shipments and if any issues/delays the platform as well as the team keep you in the loop and support to resolve as quickly as possible. The platform is so easy to use.

Have been using Worldoption's platform for a couple of years now, it is really simple to use, and easy to pick your preferred courier at the best price. And cant fault the customer service which has been great from our account manager Nimesh Francis!

I was onboarded by Andy Markham and my experience has been A1 from day 1. Andy truly believes in exceptional customer service and it shows. The platform is very simple to use and it meets all my shipping needs. the rates are fantastic too and it's helped my company save a lot on shipping costs.

Amazing customer service. I cannot praise Andy Markham and his team , Ellie and Victoria highly enough. They made the process so easy, and unusually this day and age you can actually speak to a person not a machine if you have a question. Highly recommend, they provide a standard of service very rare in these difficult times. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

We have recently signed up with Bridgeway Express and have already found the service to be a huge improvement on our previous setup. The portal is easy to use, the prices really competitive and the customer service has been excellent - having one point of contact is invaluable - this alone has made making the switch enormously worthwhile. Our account manager Chris has been extremely helpful, supportive and patient as he has guided us through the process of setting up - we feel we will benefit greatly as company by using Bridgeway and would recommend the service to all businesses.

Lost one shipment completely, after numerous calls, emails phone calls etc, eventually got a payout over 6months after the reported loss. One shipment arrived completely trashed, we asked for it to be returned, they collected it and subsequently lost it. They took so long to payout (over 6months) after colleting it, its off the UPS system and cannot be found. They then relentless chase us for small balance on the account despite having collected £9000 worth of shipment and subsequently lost. Shabby non existent customer service, they told us, quoting verbatim "We don't care about your lost shipment that we collected for damage/return to you, we just want you to settle the account". This is quite literally the worst level of customer service we have ever experienced in decades of trading. We don't send many parcels but as a shipping broker they are completely incompetant they don't care. They place shipments with couriers like UPS fitting them in the spare places in the hold rather like tetris, so this means every parcel you send with them is treated like garbage. They said "you can never use us again if you don't pay the balance", I am absolutely ok with never using them again.

We started using Bridgeway in January after using Fedex for years and Fedex has been a big pain in recent years. Moving to Bridgeway has made things so much easier, the portal is so easy and simple to use. Alex our account manager was very helpful setting everything up & explaining how every works. He's also really easy to get ahold of if you ever need to!

A great system and what I particularly like is the fact that all the team including myself have a single portal to use which is easy to understand and invoices are generated easily which helps our accounts department.

Great all round service. Geoff was particularly helpful and guided me through the service and ensured that everything was as it should be. Nothing was too much trouble. When there was issues with the delivery service that we booked, I contacted Geoff and he rectified the issue quickly and efficiently.
