Conor Byrne keeps on top of all of our shipments both internal to the UK and globally both inbound and outbound. Excellent customer service from Lizzie Gentle, promptly sorts out any issues. I mainly use UPS and they have the worst customer service, non-existant. Drivers are excellent, but very poor admin. Lizzie does any liasing for us. Pricing is also very good from World Options. Very pleased with the service.

The service from Louise is first class and she is always willing to help to resolve issues. She does so quickly. The app itself is sometimes difficult to use with unexplained errors which requires us to seek the help of Louise but overall the app works fine if not completely intuitive..

I send dozens of shipments per month all over the world through World Options and their various couriers. As with all couriers sometimes things do go wrong and goods get lost or we get wrongly charged, but Lizzie always does her best to assist and resolve issues if they arise and find a fair resolution for us. Highly recommended.

I recently sent some books to the US with World options but only succeeded with navigating the website thanks to Lizzie Gentle. She took me through the stages where I didn’t understand some of the terminology, sorted out a misunderstanding with the finance department and did it calmly with patience. I started using World Options after using a well know parcel compare service for a number of years. They have excellent prices but by far the best part of the service is the customer services who are always on the look out for parcels that are overdue and highlight these.
