Worked with a certain courier on and off for the past two years, and whilst their prices were good, the customer service was appalling. Any issues we had just dragged on and on and emails went unanswered. In comes World Options, we still use the same courier but the rapid response and resolution time has completely changed the way I can work! Lots more happy customers, and less stress for everyone else involved. Thank you Yolene for the amazing support we have been receiving.

Sick of spam calls from World Options franchises when I already have an account. Use the preference list. When I ask you not to telephone me it supersedes your franchises' desire to spam call me.

Since switching to World Options our confidence, especially with international shipments has significantly grown. There are many other companies with similar services that offer great service, but in my experience a lot of the time they fall short. This however has not been the case with WO. Over the time we have been with them they have proved their great service and I am very impressed with their support team. I would highly recommend them to other companies!

I would strongly urge anyone considering using World options to find an alternative. When things work as they should its good. As soon as anything goes wrong they simply charge you and blame the courier I have been using World Options for some time. In the past our company has sent parcels then they claimed the weights and measurements where incorrect so they hiked the bill up. Since then every single parcel that goes through World Options is checked by two people. I sent a consignment of 2 parcels total weight 29kg on 05/08/2024 costing £33.84 prepaid at the time of booking. On 14/08/2024 I get an invoice claiming the weights and measurements where wrong and I owe more money. Coincidentally the amount they claim was under paid is £33.84. Phone calls, live chat are are complete waste of time, you just get told someone will look into and come back to you. They claim the charge comes from UPS and they are just a portal, yet UPS wont speak to you when you call them. On the phone I was told to dispute if I cannot provide proof that our weight and measurements where correct I will have to pay, yet they cannot provide any proof that they where incorrect. World Options have had 2 months to resolve this without and progress whatsoever. As such I will not longer be using them

I don't usually write reviews but I must praise where praise is due. I only recently started to use World Options In Sept, the reason why was because my haulier let me down badly which cost a lot of money, Luckily this chap called John Davis called me up out of the blue, I liked the sound of his honesty so with my next freight shipment I had going to SA I tried his services out, It went so smoothly I wondered were him and his team have been all my life. I now send all my parcels through his business, so far so good top service, Your a credit to the industry John Thank you for all your help so far.

Shockingly bad customer service, our company has used world options for around 10 years now and over the last couple of years everything to do with the 'service' they provide has gotten worse and worse. Inputting parcel dimensions on their website, you get quoted 1 price, you send these items to your customer and charge accordingly only to be then billed more by world options, they you go through a long process where you have to package up another of the same item, take measurements and send them off within 5 days in order to have a chance and being charged the correct amount. Then the courrier has unlimited time to get back to you if ever they do. I've spoken to a whole host of people through different departments and have gotten no where, currently on stop with them as we have been billed 2 times by 2 different courriers for a parcel that didn't even go out. We have been told we aren't on stop however we are, I send them a screenshot of this every day, you ask for call backs, managers etc. and you get ignored. Honestly terrible customer service and 0 regard for loyal customers. Try interparcel.

Booked a parcel with these chancers in May 15th 2024. They didn't manage to deliver it, made me spend endless time dealing with it, and by the time the recipient moved away 3 months later they say can't return it. Apparently the only option is to "to have it processed for abandonment" What a scam. I hope they get some cash on the side selling the contents of the parcel. In all seriousness, these people are so unprofessional that it blows my mind they are still in business. Look somewhere else, plenty of more reliable companies around.

The WorldOptions online portal is easy to use and pretty much self explanatory which made it easy to start sending packages internationally with this service. Decent transit times and multiple courier options all in one place make this a useful tool for many businesses. Big thanks to Chet and the 154.support office for all their help getting setup :)

I am new in a role where I am involved in shipping customer orders worldwide and it's a minefield with all the customs, documents etc. Izabela is amazing, she is always on the end of the phone and will call me when I have made a mistake and takes the time to talk me through where I have gone wrong. She responds to emails so quickly and gets me quotes for large pallets to be delivered at short notice and makes all the arrangements for it. I would be lost without her, she truly is a star

We have used World Options for a few years now, and they are excellent. Specifically Chet and the 154.support office. We use them to mostly send small samples to potential and existing customers, and they are extremely good. They are always on the ball when things don't quite go to plan, and respond very quickly to any issues. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I have used World Options for around 8 years now and have always had great service be that from my initial Account Manager to Chet my current Account Manager and from the team at 154 Support. I recently had an issue where DHL had overcharged us on Duties on export to Brazil and the team at World Options were quick to sort it with no fuss and with no having to come back to me once I had provided them with all the information required
