Prices are very reasonable but the Customer Service is non-existent. Staff don't seem to be adequately trained to understand procedures; more frustratingly they have no desire to solve problems or own the issue. Update 20th July - having blamed this on UPS whilst claiming their staff "worked diligently" I am still waiting for the goods to be returned after almost 2 weeks. UPS actually returned the goods not to us but to the World Options Depot who refused to accept it. The goods are now in limbo and in danger of being lost forever due to inaction and incompetence

We had a large shipment to send internationally. The consultant, Tom Kennedy, helped with the organisation and best rates. After despatched he followed up to get items through customs. We are very pleased to have their assistance and would recommend it to all.

Wouldnt advise using, used for a few years on and off when desperate, out of them small amount of times we got shafted with the item we sent being out of spec by which ever courier, one was with TNT to which we sent item dimensions and won the argument and another recently with a tyre, they dont make the requirements clear and it looks cheap until you get your surcharge through and then have to fight for your case with evidence of an item you dont have because you had sent it? Thanks for replying WO, i think you have answered my problem, why did the platform not make me aware or any other users of these potential surchargs causing the P&P to double in price and for us not to make a profit, when already struggling as a small business.

We use a variety of couriers depending upon the shipments and delivery/collection locations and Alex at Bridgeway has delivered an excellent service for the goods that we regularly import from the USA. Previously our consignments would often get stuck in Customs and invariably arrive as part shipments over a couple of days. We now receive complete shipments, on the date expected with no Customs delays, (so far). The fact that the service is more cost effective than our previous arrangement is an added bonus. Alex has made the whole process very straightforward and takes care of everything for us and our supplier. Alex has always been helpful, respectful and honest in his approach and I'd happily recommend him.

Although we don’t ship very often, using World Options still gives us access to discounted rates & great service. Joe Loxley, our account manager was excellent in helping us make sure everything was correct and ensuring the shipment went through successfully. Would recommend time and again.

I am more than happy with the service provided by Joe Loxley. He is helpful, replies on time, and informs me accurately about every matter. However, the transport company is creating issues by applying additional charges which are hard to oppose since changes come after the shipment is delivered and there is no way of tracking it back.

Unprofessional and Rude Treatment by Peter Sandhu at worldoptions.co.uk I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Peter Sandhu at worldoptions.co.uk. His unprofessional and rude behavior has left me with a negative impression of the company and a complete lack of trust in their services. I initially received two phone calls and an email from Peter Sandhu regarding worldoptions.co.uk. However, due to my busy schedule and the high volume of messages and calls I receive daily, I politely informed him that I was unable to discuss the matter at that time. I clearly stated that if I became interested, I would contact him myself. To my surprise, Peter's response was far from professional. He abruptly hung up the phone without any regard for proper telephone etiquette or basic customer service standards. Recognizing his behavior as unacceptable, I immediately called him back to express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, he ignored my call, forcing me to make another attempt. Only then did he finally pick up. During our conversation, I made it clear that his rudeness and unprofessionalism were entirely uncalled for. However, it seemed that Peter did not grasp the gravity of his behavior, as he failed to offer any apology or explanation for his actions. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such behavior from someone representing a company. Given this experience, I have decided that I will not be considering worldoptions.co.uk for my shipping needs. The way I was treated by Peter Sandhu is indicative of the company's poor customer service standards and lack of professionalism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of how busy I may be or whether I decide to utilize their services. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for worldoptions.co.uk to address the issue and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not experience similar mistreatment. It is my sincere hope that the company takes customer service seriously and works to improve their overall service quality. Edit : 09/06/23 A good customer service representative should always strive to be polite, professional, and helpful. Hanging up abruptly without providing a polite conclusion to the call can leave customers feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It's essential for representatives to communicate clearly, actively listen to customers' concerns, and provide assistance in a respectful manner. While Peter's intention to save me time may have been well-intentioned, his execution lacked the necessary courtesy. There are alternative ways to end a call politely, even if time constraints are a factor. This incident highlights the need for Peter, and potentially the company as a whole, to work on improving their customer service skills.

We have been using World Options for several months and have found the services to be highly professional and at the same time demonstrating cost savings on every shipment. Multiple shipping providers are available under one easy to use portal, so you can still choose your preferred provider, but you also get a dedicated account manager to look after your transaction. Our account manager, Deborah Norris, has impressive experience and treats every shipment with laser focussed attention to detail. Great service from and excellent company.

'Delivered within 9 working days to:' This company promised to deliver stock within 9 days (we have emails to prove) but then after we placed the order they said it would be COLLECTED within 9 days from our European supplier.. If we knew this, we wouldn't have used them.. Anyway, 23 days later and thousands of pounds lost, our delivery turned up. Constantly back and fourth dealing with different people and eventually the manager actually said on the phone that they 'Aren't taking the blame' ??? Please do NOT use this company and whatever they say in email about lead times is not true.

If it wasn't for Charlotte at WorldOptions Lancaster, my delivery would not have been sorted. She really helped process my shipment with great customer service, she was attentive to my issues and I hope she is recognised for her efforts and kind personality.

We use World Options frequently for shipping. The website is easy to use and intuitive. Pricing is really competitive. If things go wrong customer support are really helpful.
