Don't let the marketing fool you. This is all fake packaging on very poorly run "company". I have been trying for close to a month to transfer funds into a Crypto account. You can NOT even transfer from your Cash account to Crypto. There is NO customer service. Paul Teshima the Chief Client Experience Officer has a HUGE job ahead of him and should be ashamed of the current level of service . The automated responses are not helpful. You can call but no one answers the phone. Even response to their emails take over 3 days. This company is a joke and I would NEVER use there services.

Very easy to use for beginners

Horrible service was with customer service for over a month and my problem was still not solved I was able to find another site and get what I needed done in literally minutes. And worse then that now they keep spamming me with ads and emails.

Excellent so far. Extremely fast and efficient moving my pension fund and getting it invested. Hugely helpful and friendly. The web platform is so easy to navigate.

I was a bit unsure about which stocks and shares ISA to invest in. After researching quite a few offerings I decided on Wealthsimple. It was a great choice! They have been very helpful with any questions I've had. I believe the return on investment is very good, with the minimum of costs. I would recommend Wealthsimple to anyone looking for a stress free way of investing in an ISA.

I recently joined wealthsimple, my first experience of investing. So my experience and knowledge is minimal. I read around the subject online and felt fairly comfortable with my investment plans but also had a lot of questions! I arranged an initial call with a wealthsimple advisor. Arranging the call was really easy via the app and I could pick a time to suit me. The half hour phone call was invaluable. The advisor was very professional and friendly. They asked all they needed to know to guage my plans and hopes and comfort with taking risks. I really felt like they gave me very tailored advice. They gave considered and thoughtful answers to all my questions. Deposits into an account are not instant. So far mine have taken 1 day and the app says it can take up to 1-2 business days. I don't know how that compares to other options.

Been with Wealthsimple for a year now both with Wealthsimple Trade and investing. Good returns for the past year and I have to say, it does not get any better buying stocks for $0 charge. Only these guys are offering this. You get to keep more of your money. They have many articles that explain stuff—but in ENGLISH. The language is so simple to understand and — on purpose. The fees for Wealthsimple investing are reasonable.

This is the worst service I have ever used i was trying to buy cryptocurrency and I spent over a month back and fourth with support as far as I'm concerned this company is a joke, I finally gave up on this and was able to be crypto currency elsewhere with no problems what so ever.

So far so good. I have been impressed with Wealthsimple's services. Their website and mobile app is simple to use and nicely laid out. Their staff are also quite friendly and helpful in terms of providing required information. I look forward to even greater returns on my investments.

I was referred to Wealthsimple by starling bank. Very easy registration. Simple app to use and very clear daily updates on my investments which are already after 6 months showing a nice return. Alongside my pension funds and other investments this is a great addition to my portfolio and in time will provide me with a nice sum. Well done WS

Early days yet, but as far as ease is concerned I am very impressed with the quick set up times and quick responses from the WealthSimple staff.

I’d certainly recommend Wealthsimple- their customer service is exemplary, quick to respond, friendly and courteous. They even rang me back with a more definitive answer to my query. A particular attraction for me was the SRI ethically biased investment options and I have been very pleased with the performance of my investments during the turbulent times caused by COVID

Absolutely fantastic service. Regular Webinars that are helpful and informative in how to invest for the future. Even though Covid has knocked the stock market and banks for six, Wealthsimple has stepped up and my returns are great on my investment. There are quite a few investment companies out there to choose from, but I recommend Wealthsimple to you all. The app is also simple, straightforward and to the point. I guarantee you will be pleased in how it all works.
