Garbage customer service. Good luck getting any help at all in a timely manner, email or phone. Phone calls just get hung up on after 30 mins of hold, they dont even give a callback option (which they should do if theyre “so busy”). As for email, well its been 5 business days since I submitted my support ticket, so you tell me how that makes them seem.

Like many other customers who have left reviews I too am disappointed in their poor customer service. Forget about getting someone to answer their toll free customer support line and it's been 3 days since I submitted an email request ( still waiting for a response). It's unfortunate beacuase the rest of the service is very good.

Great service. They have made my exploration into investments manageable, trackable, enjoyable and profitable. Has been a great way to save money on a regular basis, and also in lump sums easy for a novice like my self.

I submitted a support ticket 10 days ago and have not received a reply yet. I waited on the phone today for 35 minutes to just get hung up on. I searched for reviews and find peoples complaints getting faster responses on here. Wealthsimple support if you see this respond to ticket #1933848 ASAP.

I have been using Wealthsimple for over a year now and currently use SIPP, JISA and ISA and I am very happy with the platform, the customer service and the investment returns. Wealthsimple is ideal for putting into practise investment strategies similar to Vanguard but also works for FIRE enthusiasts. It takes way more energy and will power to try and build your own SIPP and ISA portfolio that are diversified and balanced and be able to sleep at night. You can't afford not to start investing, but you can't follow FOMO while investing. Use Wealthsimple.

Waited half an hr only to get hung up this happens everytime. There email customer feel like a robot when i ask something specific all they do is reply with is website link that does not help. Website is built nice but seems to be missing critical functions im trying to move funds from tfsa investment to tfsa trade all i can do is move funds back and forth to my bank but not within wealth simple.

Wealthsimple is lacking and needs to upgrade some more. The website ease of use and the no stock trading commission fees are good things, because they charge 0.4% of your total account value if under $100000, 0.5% of value for accounts over $100000, at the end of the year. Not having an online access for customers who like to use other access methods beside a cell phone app just sucks. Apps take up cell phone memory space on the phones. Wealthsimple not being able to receive money from banks using the bill payment method also sucks. They seem to be too slow at getting all these capabilites up and operating. I made an account and have not yet made any trades yet. I used one of their competitor robo brokerages that only takes 1/3 days to transfer money. A friend said Wealthsimple takes 4 to 5 days to transfer money beyond the formal 3 days stated.

Outstanding company. Whilst they are not the cheapest, their charges are reasonable. The customer service, personal touch, advice and support is second to none.

Their customer service is non-existent. I waited 49 minutes on the phone and they just hung up on me. I can't believe this is a company that handles people's money.

After doing a lot of research was really happy I chose wealthsimple. their website is easy to navigate and very pleasant helpful people answered the phone promptly, professionally answering my naïve questions, just what I need in my 70's and never having invested before. will recommend them to everyone and hope their financial performance equals my review!

I have invested with Wealthsimple for almost two years now. Despite some only to be expected market ups and downs in that period, the fund is now comfortably up. Advice when I have asked for it has been patient and sensible for a novice investor and above everything else saves me the time and effort required to make sensible investment decisions. All transactions in to my account have been handled efficiently and quickly.

delayed by 15 at the beginning of each trading day. The system goes down frequently. If your an active trader who want immediate and timely response this platform is not for you. It does have lower fees but you get what you pay for. Not recommended!!!!

Recently opened an RRSP in their invest platform with an opening linked deposit of 9000$. The next day they attempted to pull 18000$ in 2 9000$ chunks out of my account, which would have both overdrawn my checking account and put me way over my RRSP contribution limit; fortunately my bank stopped payment. I have been waiting for 4+ hours on hold over 2 days; every time the robocall has told me that my call can't be answered without giving a callback option. I have sent in a request for email support which has also been unanswered. Reading Reddit forums indicates this is a known past issue they are not good at resolving. I am optimistic I can get my RRSP closed without tax implications but overall am deeply unimpressed.

Horrible Customer Service I tried to contact customer service for over 2 weeks. Typically I wait for half an hour for someone to pick up. Never get to talk to anyone. Emailed them and it takes 5 days to get back and they said to call a number and they can resolve my problem. What a waste of time.

Im completely new to this area, and after lots of research i decided to get an app instead of investing myself, and i choose wealthsimple above all the others. Ive had a great return thus far! And found theIr customer service (Tim) exemplary, super fast in getting back to me and dealt with my enquiry efficiently. I have already recommended the app to friends. I also enjoy reading the articles they provide on the app

Ils ont des frais cachés dans les transactions et vendent des actions plus haut que le prix réel du marché donc dès le moment où vous faites une transaction votre portefeuille se retrouve en perte ce qui en réalité représente leur commission donc il font de la publicité mensongère... Les transactions sont payantes!
