Our third attempt to fly high on our celebratory flight. It was a beautiful sunrise and conditions were “perfect “ said Chris our Pilot . The whole experience was exhilarating from helping hold the balloon whilst it inflated, to climbing on board. We felt in very safe hands with Chris and his professional and rather amusing team . The flight from Dunsfold was everything we voujd have wished for and more. The sky was beautiful, the view stunning , the English countryside at its best . Great commentary from Chris and a perfect landing . Folding the balloon and travelling back to our original take off site all truly added to this memorable morning . Thank you to all the team .

Absolutely amazing.

The overall experience was vreat and the pilot Russell was lovely there is only one negative point....youiterally have to climb into the basket with only a few foot holes. For an elderly man like my father of 81yrs old he stuggled. Think some kind of ladder should be fitted to help eldetly people wanting to experience a flight.

Chris was excellent at his job, a real professional. We were made to feel at ease giving us a wonderful experience.Dunsfold. Thanks to Chris and the team for a safe flight. Would highly recommend the experience they gave us.

The whole experience from the booking team to the pilot to the ground team, was seamless. Our pilot Nobby was a great character, giving us all great reassurance and commentary throughout and made us all feel part of the team. Highly recommended and would love to fly again!

I absolutely loved my hot air balloon flight! We flew from Belton Woods with Garry on Saturday evening. Just be prepared for a few cancellations because of the unreliable British weather. It's well worth the wait though! :-)

Our pilot was brilliant, very friendly and encouraged us to join in helping set up the balloon and pack away at the end. He was particularly good at helping my 11 year old son to feel comfortable and join in as well. The flight itself was amazing, very serene and calm. Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Despite reading lots of bad reviews, I couldn’t complain about my experience. I was able to fly on my second attempt in a fortnight. The pilot was excellent and constantly made sure everyone was comfortable ensuring that those of us less able were looked after. The ground crew also went out of their way to keep everyone safe before the balloon took to the skies. An all round lovely experience.

The whole experience was great- Mike the Pilot and his crew were so friendly and knowledgeable. We got to help with putting up the balloon and then the flight itself was everything we hoped it'd be and more! I'd recommend to everyone and I think we'll probably be back one day ourselves. Thank you so much for such a great trip😊

Amazing!!! Waited a long time for this one due to pregnancy and unlucky weather but well worth the wait!

Despite the preparation, the lift off and flight was so easy and delightful, we had no weather issues simply blue skies, the vastness of the sites and simple patchwork of fields and delicately arranged dwellings gave a real English experience. Russell was absolutely marvellous and his experience showed and made everyone enjoy the experience even the soft landing.

the flight experience is fantastic from start unfurling and helping to the flight to the landing. the flight is uplifting and peaceful. the only disappointment is you are weather reliant and may have to wait for your flight or you maybe extremely lucky and fly on first booking. either way its worth the wait. staff a big thank you to them.

It was great to finally go on the balloon ride after five cancelled flights over a period of 3 years. Virgin were very good about re-arranging new flights and extending the time validity of my voucher.

Mike and the crew were very friendly and professional. We took off from Newbridge so we saw all of Bath as the sun was coming up and were in the air for over the hour. There were nice photos and a video taken and we had a Buck's Fizz on landing and a certificate to take away. A lovely experience!

My third balloon flight, but probably the best yet. Excellent pilot and ground crew involved everyone in getting the balloon ready to fly. Comprehensive safety briefing. The flight over the Kent countryside was great with our pilot, Damon Bridger, who explained the sites we were viewing. The flight lasted about an hour and the landing was pretty smooth. Again, getting the balloon fully deflated and back in its bag was interesting!

We were quite shocked when we heard 'listen to this message carefully' instead of 'unfortunately....', it only meant one thing, our flight was scheduled to go ahead! After a number of cancellations due to weather conditions (no fault of the company of course, it's just a very weather dependent activity) it was great to finally be heading up there. From the initial meeting of the team that day we were made to feel at ease and they made the participation in the setup of the balloon fun and engaging. It's quite a sight being up close when these things make their way out of a bag and start to come alive! The flight itself was incredible and we were up in the air for just over an hour, time to really take in the whole experience. Props to the pilot for his skilful landing straight between two trees at the edge of the field and keeping the basket upright as we gently bumped to a halt. Bringing the balloon back down and packing it away again was another great bit of participation, the whole process just seems to run like clockwork. Finished off the morning with a nice glass of bubbly in the middle of a field with this wonderful crew and passengers. Well worth the wait!!
