Booking system needs to be improved as buing this experience by a voucher is absolutely terrible. I bought that as a gift for my girlfriend and afer many cancelled flights and 14 months after her birthday we finally got lucky to attempt the flight. But as we found out, people waiting even longer for that. I understand weather conditions must be perfect but for that you just can't live in England. Too many people in the basket(forget about romantic atmosphere) My pilot was moody and arguing with other guy on the phone all the time.

Amazing pilot, fantastic crew. We were looked after brilliantly from pick up, through setting up, our flight, packing away and the journey back to our meeting point. Absolutely incredible experience - highly recommend.

Definitely recommend! We’ve waited 2 years for this experience and it was absolutely worth it. Mike, Caroline and Moira were fantastic, engaging and talked us through the whole experience from beginning to end. We felt safe and in good hands the whole time. We’d had multiple flights cancelled due to weather but it was so worth it.

Phone conversations always really helpful, balloon flight day was amazing, the people were kind, informative, professional.

Really enjoyed our experience. Mike and the crew were great. Enjoyed getting involved in the setting up and packing away of the balloon. Magical experience from start to finish. Was exactly what I hoped for and more. Couldn't believe how peaceful and smooth the flight was.

Our hot air balloon experience was incredible from start to finish. Our pilot, Chris, was so knowledgeable and kept us informed of the process and what to expect with every step. His team were fun and approachable. The time in the air was the most serene experience. I had worried I’d feel anxious but that was all alleviated after meeting the team. I was upset when it was time to land and would have happily spent the whole day bobbing around up there! It was the perfect birthday experience (even the 4am start!) and I loved every second of it.

I gave my Dad a balloon flight experience for his 90th birthday. He had an absolutely amazing experience. He enjoyed every minute. Dad joined in with assembling the balloon and helped to put away again. He found the whole thing a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The pilot Allie was so lovely and made the experience so much fun. 😁 The weather was perfect and the views were incredible. Pilot and crew were very helpful and made the whole experience wonderful.

I felt lucky to be flying with Nobby who was a very experienced balloon pilot. The before flight briefing was long and detailed and many of the passengers started to get nervous about the flight. As it turned out, the preparations were straightforward and soon we were in the air. The whole experience was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. I was mainly nervous about the landing as Nobby told us the basket might tip over. That's exactly what happened, but it turned out to be a rather fun addition to the whole experience. After the landing we had to help with the packing of the balloon. I'm surprised noone got hurt in the process as it was quite a challange battling with the giant balloon on a very uneven farmer's field. Nobby started looking for the ground staff as soon as we had landed but they didn't arrive until about 45min later, after the balloon was packed and we had finished our glass of champagne. If I had to criticise anything it would be the ground staff. I assume they normally would assist with the balloon packing, which might have made the experience more relaxed. By the time they finally arrived it was almost dark and I think we were all very keen to get back to Bath. Upon arrival to Victoria Park the driver got up and stood in the door blocking our way and talked for maybe 10min. If I didn't know any better I would assume he was drunk as his eyes seemed glazed and his speech slurred, forgetting words. He was making unnecessary bantering remarks about the pilot and requested that we mentioned him (the driver) in our review. I'm sure that we were all keen to get home at this point and that we could have done without the unnecessary rambling of the driver who had already delayed our return by his late arrival. Both Nobby and the driver spent a long time apologising about the many previous flight cancellations. I found it rather unnecessary but reading reviews it is clear that many customers have been angry about the numerous cancellations. Personally I feel grateful and reassured that they take the safety seriously and surely everyone would prefer to have the optimal conditions for their flight.

We booked our 1st flight for Tuesday the 2nd of July from victoria park in Bath which we MANAGED TO FLY ON THE 1ST which we found can be a rareity we had a very knowledgeable Pilot Nobbie. What can I say he was so well experienced in flying, he shared so much information and answered any questions everybody had. Nobbie was Such a friendly guy that clearly enjoys flying and providing a great experience for others in the process. We loved the views and TRANQUIL flight we can't wait to fly again from a different location!!! 10/10 highly recommend Thankyou so much again Nobbie Michaela & Sharon!!!

It was an amazing experience. I am now eager to enjoy balloon flights over as many places as possible. I was not the most elegant getting in or out of the basket but was able to do it.

Our pilot Allie was excellent, really friendly and calm, and happy to explain all aspects of the trip. I enjoyed the hands on aspect of helping with everything, there was no pressure to do so but it really added to the experience

The balloon flight was great. The pilot was very friendly and told us funny stories. I was smiling all the way. It's so peaceful being up in the air and to see everything from above. I liked that all passengers were involved from start of filling the balloon and at the end packing the balloon away. Great experience

What an amazing experience, booking was easy, Nobby was great he pointed out all the places we flew over and kept it fun, even the packing away was a great team effort swiftly followed with a glass of fizz. Loved every minute of it.

The whole experience was excellent. Damon the pilot, chris & James in the crew, fantastic. The flight itself , great and for the first time flyer, it was amazing to see Kent from 3,000 feet. The £20 spent on the photos and video footage was also very good value for money. I would thoroughly recommend the experience.

I booked for my mums 70th birthday but after appalling weather & numerous cancellations, our wait was worth the while. It took us nearly 11 months to finally get a slot but when we got there, it was a full hands on experience & our pilot & his crew were very professional & engaging. The experience just under the clouds was serene & amazing scenery over South Durham, Teesside & the Pennines in the distance. I would highly (pardon the pun) recommend a balloon flight to everyone wherever you are. My mum loved it even though she had never been that high before.

We had the pleasure of flying with Robert Keron out of Brome, Suffolk. We were lucky in the fact we only waited a year for the right weather to fly as let’s face it, British Summer weather can be less than desirable. Robert and Joe (his crew) were excellent from start to finish. Robert very quickly made a group of strangers feel comfortable and relaxed in a very unusual environment. He was informative and entertaining from the moment we arrived. During the flight, Robert demonstrated his impressive knowledge of aviation history which is rich in East Anglia as I have since come to learn. I was really taken back by the genuine care and consideration that was given towards livestock and landowners considering the time of year and how many fields were full of crop. This was reinforced by two landings right at the very edge of fields of crop. This was on the back of several calls to customer services to arrange flights who were also delightful and extremely helpful. Thank you to all. It has been an experience I will never forget.

Our Virgin Balloon Flight exceeded our expectations. Alex, our pilot, was professional, welcoming and fun. Being in the air, drifting with the breeze was amazing. It was fascinating how quiet it was - you could hear the cows mooing below. Wonderful sites, wonderful experience!
