Her determination to succeed and passion in what she’s doing is infectious and made for a really joyful adventure from the moment we started to the bubbles at the end. Absolutely would go again!

A very professional attitude,thinking of the passengers safety. I also liked the seating in the basket. I have been on flights with other companies and they did not have seating.so I had to bend down,which is no good with replacement knees.

We flew from Tiverton with Allie as our pilot. She was incredible. So knowledgeable, which inspired confidence in us all. It was very touch and go whether we flew on the night due to wind. Safety is clearly taken as seriously as it should be. Great experience. It took 2 years for the flight to finally happen due to weather cancellations but it was well worth the wait.

Our pilot Damon was brilliant. We felt very reassured that it would be a great experience. Helping to get the ballon ready and packing up at the end was fun. How such a huge balloon gets into its bag is magic! Damon was very professional and the landing was perfect. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Must mention the brilliant ground crew too!

Friendly and helpful crew

Great experience. Had one cancellation in March due to the wind and rain, but got through in our second booking in June. Great experience. Would recommend waiting to book til you know the weather is more stable, as some people on my flight had rebooked several times due to poor weather /booking too far in advance.

We had many cancellations due to the weather and wind conditions but finally got to experience an absolutely wonderful and amazing balloon flight on June 25th 2024. We were booked to fly from Hickstead but on the day it was changed to the backup site Hedingly. The pilot explained that the wind direction would have meant that from Hickstead we would have been pushed into Gatwick airspace. It was an evening flight so we all met at the Hedingly Village Hall at 27:45 and were met by Gavin Chadwick, the pilot, and his crew. As part of the experience we all had the opportunity to help prepare the balloon for the flight. The actual flight was absolutely amazing. We flew west and landed at Ringmer at the glider airstrip. The scenery was incredible and it was so peaceful apart from the burners now and again. Gavin was good. He gave an initial preflight safety talk and gave commentary throughout the flight. At the end of the flight we helped to pack the balloon away, had Prosecco and orange juice then a minibus took us back to our cars at the launch site. I would recommend doing a balloon flight. It is amazing.

Such a fantastic experience! Our pilot Ben Ravan was brilliant, he made it so everyone felt at ease and he is a credit to your team. It was certainly worth the wait!

The flight was a great experience, a lovely morning. The pilot and ground crew were great fun and explained everything clearly. We especially enjoyed being able to walk in the balloon as it was deflating. I was nit able to give the experience 5 stars as the booking system was a nightmare and we had waited 2 years for our flight to finally take place.

Was a long wait,I kept on booking several times for 1 year and half,was a bit hard i only had days off in the weekend, but the last 2 times I just went for any booking I could find around 3h drive from my place,before booking I looked at weather as well,make sure its a sunny day with not more then 5km wind speed and you might be lucky,I booked my place Friday for a Sunday place its hard to find them because most of the places you need to book a month in advanced but if you try to go 100 miles around the area we're you live,you will be able to find spaces. When that day comes and it's a go ahead from the pilot you will have a fabulous day its well worth it.

Took a few cancelled bookings due to weather before it went ahead, but well worth the wait. Great experience, one I won’t forget.
