I called up customer service and spoke to Natalie Wells. Natalie was very polite, answered all my questions thoroughly and spent more time than she had on the phone with me to remove any doubts or questions I had about the balloon flight experience. Her customer service was brilliant and deserves a shout-out. I wish her all the best.

Alli was a fantastic pilot- to fly with her and hear her story was an absolute privilege. The communications and organisation worked seamlessly, the whole experience on a gorgeous June morning was magical , and the obvious experience and expertise of Alli and her crew made us feel very safe - we were so lucky to have this flight

We had brilliant experience in the air ballon with Mike and his team and would recommend this to everyone.

Absolutely awful. Every time we book the flights they always get cancelled the night before. And now they are making us pay an extra charge to re-validate the vouchers even though it was their fault for cancelling twice on us beforehand. They are a waste of time. I would not recommend this experience day at all!

It was a lovely beautifully clear evening. Allie Dunnington, our pilot, was amazing, highly skilled and very engaging and filled me with confidence as this was my first balloon flight.

Wow, what an incredible experience! Allie and her team were fantastic and so welcoming! The communication pre-flight was excellent, and we were picked up from the meeting point very promptly. Allie is a natural tour guide, being informative and entertaining throughout the whole experience from balloon set up to post-flight champagne! She is very knowledgable about flying balloons and ensured an enjoyable and safe flight. We had originally wanted to fly from a different location however after a few cancelled flights (due to weather conditions) and needing to find dates that coincided with childcare, we ended up booking Okehampton - wow what a stunning location, it did not disappoint! And we had an amazing breakfast afterwards at a garden centre Allie recommended! I would highly recommend flying with Allie and her team in Okehampton!

I had this as a gift for my 21st Birthday and it was unforgettable. The crew were super helpful and I loved the fact we were all able to get stuck in and help with the set up and packing away processes! It really was so relaxing and enjoyable - I’m not a huge fan of heights but I didn’t feel unsafe at all! It was beautiful - thank you to Mike, Caroline and Moyra for all your help and for the experience so be really enjoyable 😁

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable pilot

Our pilot, Allie, was great! Her enthusiasm for flying is infectious and made for a fabulous experience throughout setting up, the flight itself, and the shared bottle of bubbly afterwards. Would totally recommend.

Pilot was amazing and the experience was very pleasant

This balloon flight was perfect. We had to fly from the support location in Huntingdon but from here the weather was perfect, blue skies and no wind. Our pilot, Peter Philpott, and his crew were great - professional with safety being clearly uppermost but also with a sense of fun. Any questions were answered and helping with the setting up and clearing of the balloon was great fun. Many thanks for a memorable experience.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable flight with our pilot Ed. Everything went well. The balloon going up over Berkshire was so smooth the views were spectacular. We had a very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately we then waited 3 months to receive the photos and video that we paid for after our flight. It took 4 emails and when we finally received our media package, no apology was offered.

Brilliant customer service!!

My wife and I were given a Virgin Balloon Flight experience by our son and daughter, as a Christmas present. What an experience! It was even better than we were expecting. We were really impressed with the pilot and the crew, who made it a very memorable experience. It was really well organised, there was great communication, and it all felt perfectly safe. If you're in two minds, set aside any fears and just do it! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Virgin Balloon experience. From the arrival briefing, helping with the inflation set up, through the entire flight and soft landing our pilot, Peter, was brilliant. The actual flight was so peaceful, wonderful views , indeed just so fantastic words can't describe it well enough. Our pilot explained how high we were the wind direction and plenty of light hearted humour too and wow when he lit the burners awesome. Bubbly after landing, and help to pack away. Thank you I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It may take some time to fly due to our British weather but it was well worth the wait.
