The whole event on the day was great. The crew and pilot were fantastic, just the right amount of information at the key stages. The experience was one of the best - until you have been at 3,500ft in silence it's impossible to describe.

This was on my bucket list and all I can say it was wonderful. From the easy way to book and communication before flight to actual flight was great. The feeling of freedom and stillness makes the experience exhilarating and peaceful all in one. Slowly drifting high above the sleeping countryside soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend hot air ballooning and Virgin thank you for making a wonderful memory. The whole team were friendly and the pilot had a great sense of humour. You will not be disappointed, go for it.

We had a wonderful flight with Rebecca and crew on our second time of booking. Well worth the wait, great fun getting involved and the Prosecco toast at the end was perfect

Although it quite a few booking attempts to actually get up in the air, it was well worth the wait. We had the most stunning evening - there wasn't a lot of wind but the visibility was amazing - we could see the coast and London. Our Pilot Chris was funny and knowledgeable, pointing out landmarks etc. An excellent experience.

This is regarding a booking request for a 60th Birthday surprise. Lynn Mackleston has gone above and beyond in helping me to get the flight sorted for the exact date of my husbands birthday and I really appreciate it. Lynn has been very friendly, professional and accommodating. I cant wait to surprise my hubby with his flight. I will leave another review of the actual flight once it has happened. This was a great experience which exceeded expectations. The whole day had a flow and although there was times when you were stood around, watching what was going on around with the balloon preparation was fascinating. The pilot and his crew were approachable and made the flight enjoyable.

Such a peaceful and serene experience in the balloon. Wonderful weather (finally!) providing stunning views. Fantastic pilot and team, which makes a difference to the overall experience - Chris had a great sense of humour, and amazing knowledge from his years of experience.

Excellent trip on Virgin Balloon Flights. After many booked attempts we finally managed to take flight after 3 years. It was definitely worth the wait. We took off from Greens Norton and travelled right over Silverstone Circuit. I took some great photos from above and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone else wanting to go in a Hot Air Balloon.

We had perfect weather conditions. The staff were knowledgeable and experienced. It was fun to meet others. The views of the Sussex Downs were absolutely stunning. We had no incidents with take off and landing. It was fun to help prepare the balloon for take off and help pack it after we landed. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

The crew were very professional and informative. The briefing on Health and Safety was very good.Being involved in the preparation and conclusion added to the experience.There was a lot of information shared by the pilot regarding altitude, speed and direction of travel. One thing that concerns most people is the landing but I have to say it was not at all "bumpy" All in all, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it.

So, I'd underestimated how patient, diligent, and determined you need to be with the British weather but after 4yrs and many cancellations, I can honestly say our balloon flight experience was as spectacular and memorable as I could have possibly hoped for!!! It's not something you can plan for a particular date, travel a long distance for and stay in a hotel etc. because the weather has to be perfect but from 5am onwards it was an amazing experience and we also thoroughly enjoyed setting up and packing away the balloon as a team. We surprised our son for his 18th (gift originally bought in 2020 for my 40th!) - we loved it plus the certificate and cold glass of bubbly at the end was the perfect touch! Go for it but be patient :)

Absolute waist of money, it’s been 3 years now and numerous cancellations. We had another flight booked for tomorrow and guess what… it’s been cancelled again!! Absolutely joke!!!

We had the most amazing flight thanks to Chris and his team. They included everyone from the start teaching us how the balloon works.. Chris was a absolutely brilliant pilot and his passion for ballooning was shown the whole flight with lots of information and showing us various landmarks along the way. Thank you for such an amazing experience

Amazing experience, fantastic pilot! It was only two weeks between receiving the vouchers and flying, we were lucky and flew on our first booking. We will definitely do it again.
