This experience was perfect from beginning to end. Mike, the pilot, and his team made the flight enjoyable, safe and fun. This was a dream come true after months of looking forward to going up in the hot air balloon. Thank you so much!

This has been an amazing experience I have done it twice now first 17th may 2024 which was a pm flight and one today 4th August 2024 am flight every thing was explained as to what was going to happen in the flight and after Peter keith and steve you are all fantastic what a team I would not hesitate to do this experience again you are all a credit to virgin balloon thankyou once again for yet another perfect flight x

Perfect flying weather....at last....as we had to wait 2 plus years due to repeated cancellations for unacceptable weather conditions. That said the day of the flight was perfect, clear skies, the views amazing, the pilot very professional and informative, the ground crew good fun and the company in the basket friendly and inclusive. All in all an unforgettable experience well worth the wait.

It was a once in a lifetime experience for my wife and myself in our 5th wedding anniversary. Thanks to Pete, Tim and Keith for making it a fun, memorable and awe inspiring experience.

Dave and the team were amazing they took the time to explain each part of the process allowing us to help and be actively involved throughout. They even allowed my son who has just come to spectate to learn and be part of the experience too. On the flight they pointed out landmarks explained how the balloon worked engaged with all passengers and ensured everyone was having fun and felt comfortable. Once we had landed they again allowed everyone to help pack away the balloon having fun along the way before enjoying a glass of bubbly, sharing the photos and presenting certificates. A truly amazing experience!!

The phone message you listen to was clear and had all information needed. Pilot was very knowledgable and made you feel very safe. Ride was smooth and was good to get involved in the setting up and packing away of the balloon.

Had a morning flight from Hanging Houghton and it was amazing, soared up to 3000ft through the low lying cloud and mist and saw the Sun rising above the clouds. Was so peaceful floating above the countryside. Pete the pilot and the crew were also amazing and made the experience very enjoyable

Lovely sunny morning and we all pitched in to get the balloon inflated. Then took off serenely for a lovely flight with great surroundings views. Pilot was informative and friendly with everyone. We floated on until eventually choosing a farmers field (said farmer and his family waving us in) and gently touched down. Drink of fizz all round after we packed away to celebrate. Everyone in great spirits . Then minibus took us back to Evesham. Great experience.

Very kind people in customer services. After many cancellations over several years, our long-awaited flight was perfect. Mike and the ground crew were efficient, knowledgeable, entertaining and reassuring. The weather couldn't have been better, and our flight gave us spectacular views for 30+ miles. The landing was a little bumpy but Mike prepared us well for it, and it was nothing that we couldn't all cope with. It was an amazing experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Our pilot Ben was fantastic from start to finish. The weather was perfect & we had an evening flight as well. This is the best experience we have done to date.

The pilot was very calm and knowledgable. The balloon ride was beautiful and serene and the information was spot on.

We were looked after so well. Ben the pilot and the other helpers were friendly and made us feel at ease.

What a fantastic experience. Floating over the Essex countryside in a hot air balloon. The whole experience was very well organised and Woody gave us lots of information along the way while still letting us enjoy the peace of being up in the clouds. The ground team followed our journey and were soon on hand to help pack away after an exhilarating landing! Taxis had been pre organised to take us back to our cars at the meeting point. Even a cheeky glass of Prosecco was provided on landing. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would say is the flights frequently get cancelled as the weather conditions have to be perfect, so be prepared to book a few times before it’s successful. I would also recommend the early morning flight as that is when you will see the wildlife that often disappear when people are around.

From start to finish this truly was a magical experience. We had the perfect weather for our flight from Graythwaite Hall it truly was breathtaking. Ben and the ground team were friendly and very professional , I would definitely add this to your bucket list it’s a must!!!

All fantastic, Allie Dunnington was great, very informative and telling us what she was doing also got people involved with helping get ballon up and down, Allie was very experanced and always put safty first, she was great. would highly recommend this experance. was bought for me for a retirement present by my son. Staff were also very helpful and friendly when i phoned due to pressing the wrong location when booking. Being a bit older and not so fit struggled a bit to get into ballon, but thankfull someone was able to give me a push up : )
