After it being on my bucket list since a child, last night I finally got to fulfill a dream of a balloon flight with my husband! It was a truly magical experience with our three children watching from the ground. Peter, Keith and Steve were absolutely fantastic and really did make the experience for us. We trusted Peter implicitly as our balloon pilot and Keith and Steve were so friendly, funny and not a bad Prosecco pour at all! 😉

Exhilarating, exciting, surreal and an awesome experience. I was in awe we glided through the skies without a care in the world. The pilot was knowledgeable, funny, and professional. I had no idea that the balloon was so vast and seeing the world from the skies was a pure delight. Having an opportunity to experience supporting the team getting the balloon ready for flight and helping to pack it away was the icing on the cake. I was so blessed to have my very first flight without any issues. Thank you guys.

The whole team made this a wonderful experience! All were so friendly helpful and wanting to make our flight as memoriable and enjoyable as possible! Nothing was too much trouble! The only downside was that we could not confirm plans for our flight until after 11pm the night before which was too late for us to call when we had to be up very early next morning! In fact because our location was moved from Alton to Petworth we nearly did not make it!!!

What a phenomenal experience! We all had such a fantastic day, from start to finish, flying with Pilot Chris Aindow from Petworth. The team were amazing, had great rapport with each other (Edward and Henry) which made it all the more enjoyable. The experience was smooth sailing, complete with a complimentary drink at the end of our flight. The views were breath-taking and we really were very fortunate with the weather. During the flight, Chris pointed out areas of interest and took lots of amazing footage and pictures for us, which I would totally recommend getting at the end. Thank you so much for a wonderful opportunity and lasting memories.

Terrible terrible left our daughter in tears for over 1 yr almost, after 3 cancellations due to bad weather. Lost 3 days of work and refusing a refund mentioning that I need to wait for 7 cancellations and even that I might not get any refund.Got this as bday present for our daughter 16th . Terrible customer service repeating same things and as "gesture of good will" extended my voucher for another year!!are you kidding me so I need to take another 4 days off work to then being advised at 1030pm about no flights. Never again.£507 pounds spent Shambolic

Fantastic balloon 🎈 trip. Robert the pilot was very friendly and informative and made everyone feel very welcome. He is obviously very experienced in his work along with his colleagues. It was great that we could all help to unfold the balloon and help with folding at the end. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend it

We had a great morning flying over Suffolk on the Virgin balloon piloted by Robert. All the staff were very helpful and it made for a very memorable experience indeed. It's highly recommended by us, as everyone should enjoy this fantastic and unique adventure. Many thanks from Lynne and Tony.

This is the second time I flew with Virgin Balloon Flights. This time I only had to rebook once! It was a gorgeous morning with a spectacular sunrise and mist settling on nearby fields. The quiet floating through the air looking down on the familiar landscape was breathtaking. Our crew of Pete, Keith & Tim did an excellent and expedient job of getting us into the basket & up into the air in little time. They were friendly, personable and witty. I loved the Prosecco celebration on landing, the photos and videos taken by Keith at no extra charge and the quick trip in the van back to our cars. I would highly recommend a Virgin Balloon Flight to anyone who is thinking about taking flight.

The Balloon flight was amazing with Virgin. I had been getting a bit frustrated with the amount of cancellations but it’s comforting to know they want to make sure it’s completely safe before taking us up. As it turned out we flew on the 4th time of booking which I believe is about average. I purchased a ticket that could be used on any day at any time so that probably helped. It was a perfect day, our pilot Robert was very passionate about his job and shared lots of interesting information throughout the flight of just over an hour. We had a glass (or two) of Bubbly at end to celebrate. All in all a great experience.

The ground crew worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly A truly magical experience and I recommend everyone to try it! The prosecco and orange juice at the end of the flight was a lovely touch!

Have been trying to do a balloon ride since 2022 and 5 times has been cancelled. My mother is now 83 and my work has changed. so I can't keep asking permission from work for time off only to be cancelled at the last moment. Virgin refused to provide a refund stating the flight was nonrefundable and referring to fineprint in the contract. Drastically overbooked flights with almost zero availability I guess they think no one works... Horrid customer service. Will complain to CAB.

We flew on 11th August 2024 from the Oaksmere Hotel in Suffolk. Robert was our ballon pilot for the morning flight. He was very organised and polite to all of the passengers on arrival. He came across as highly knowledgeable, which put us at ease as we were both quite nervous about flying. We loved helping to set up and take down the balloon before and after the flight. The experience was amazing and we learnt so much from Robert, Charlie and Lucas who all did a great job! Thank you and we would highly recommend booking this!🙌🏼

All went according to plan, the setting up and taking down of the balloon ws very efficient and staff were very friendly
