The service was fantastic and delivery was made without any delays or mess. Unfortunately the delivery was longer for one of our furniture pieces, but overall well worth the wait!

I purchased my new Whirlpool Fridge online but I had to go into the store to complete the transaction. The lady who served me was pleasant and helpful. When my purchase arrived the delivery men where very professional and super polite. The whole experience from finding what I wanted on the Tepperman's website to taking delivery was a smooth, exceptional experience.

I have been a Tepperman's customer for 2 months and I'm very satisfied with the products and the service too. Only one thing I regret is not to have come to Tepperman's earlier. Now that I'm with Tepperman's, my plan is to keep having business with them for all my future furniture and appliances purchases.

I was happy until my furniture was delivered and the movers totally destroyed my mattress ripping it in four different places. When I called customer care they said there was nothing they could do because it was a floor model. However it was perfectly fine when I bought it. My bill was over 10,000 and this is how we are treated and this wasn’t our first purchase but it will be our last

The business off did not let the people delivering the items to my daughters place, her phone number. They had to call here which my husband did not know phone # either as it was on phone he was using. Other then that as far as I know everything was delivered ok, and they took out the old bed etc.

My furniture showed up damaged. For something that was custom ordered to me is not acceptable.

Love my new couch. I never thought i would get it. But lots of help and found what i wanted. Delivered. To my home and set up how i wanted both men who delivered it were so nice and professional

I bought a 75” Sony Bravia tv from you in November. The tv went black and only had sound when I was watching it. I called you. You than said to contact Sony which then sent me to some service that they use to come fix it. They came. Still haven’t fixed. It will be 2 weeks before another part comes in from the states to see if that’s the problem. Very frustrating. You should have just gave me a new one and took care of this problem yourself since it’s still under warranty. Terrible customer service

We went to multiple furniture stores. Did not feel pressure at teppermans, prices seemed to be the best, had the best options/quality, and had financing available which was easy. Delivery went very well and everything was great.

Delivery personnel damaged exterior door frame. Damage wasn't noticed until 2 days later. Unfortunately I signed off on the no damage sheet. Customer care basically told me that the delivery guys never reported it, I signed off on delivery and waited too long to notice it. So basically bought $3500 in product plus $75 delivery fee.and have to replace a door frame.

Happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Store salesman was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the type of mattress and pillows we were in search of. Salesman was courteous and processed our proper discounts on our sales transaction. Salesman scheduled our delivery from London to Woodstock and arranged for delivery crew to remove our old mattress. I received a phone confirmation and time range and date of delivery in advance from Tepperman's. Delivery crew arrived well within that time range and placed the Serta mattress in our bedroom with purchased pillows in a friendly efficient manner. Mattress and pillows delivery were exactly as ordered. A very pleasant experience from showroom to delivery. Thank you Cheryl Tupper - Woodstock, ON
