We did not get the dryer kit but did get the washer kit. They put the washer in first and then placed the dryer into position without hooking it up. It was very difficult to hook up after the fact.

The product appears to be well built and its warrantied for 15 years. Only time will tell! Last night was our first used of our Barbercue and certainly a good experience.

Worst experience I had with teppermen's bought refrigerator brought home home didn't work brought it back they call me back tell me it's just display model it on display mode that's why I didn't work wouldn't give me no discount on it to come back and get it and they would not call a repair person to my home very terrible service

I ordered the Bridger sofa and loveseat in off white as this set is Canadian made so I had my choice of picking the colour I preferred. This set is absolutely gorgeous not to big and not to small colour is perfect and the quality is excellent I so love it no regrets in the least. I walked the store over and over again trying to decide what I wanted. The sales team in the Home Furnishing department where very helpful as the allowed me to move pillows around sit on a few sofas and take my time to decide what I would like which that means a lot to me no push what so ever with this team. This set was a six week order as it was custom I was told a date and it was here a week before the date I was told another plus to Tepperman’s. Delivery was excellent I had 2 gentleman drop off my order very considerate of washing their hands before unpacking my new white furniture also delivery was within the window time I was told. 5 star to this purchase as I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Everybody friendly and knowledgeable

We purchased a couple of end tables and a dresser for our tenants. We wanted something affordable but durable - Tepperman's had good choices. We interacted with out 5 people in sales, customer service, and the back end delivery guys. All were excellent and they made us feel appreciated even though we were not spending big bucks. It was a pleasurable experience.
