The delivery truck was right on time, the guys were professional and respectful of my order and property. I bought a platform bed with slats, no issues so far, but I will probably reinforce the slats because they are pine and fairly thin.

The delivery and installer guys were very professional. I have no complaints. Teppermans really live up to their slogan family to family.

Friendly staff. Delivery was late due to traffic 1 hr past the 3 hr window.

We received a rip cushion. The customer service clerk called and told us that the technician fixed the hole before it was delivered and we were suppose to be notified but she was never told of the rip and so neither were we. The delivery guys were great. Personable and friendly. If communication was better with the rip, then the rating would have been higher

When our couch was delivered much pressure was felt and especially the man that seemed to be in charge was very overwhelmed. I felt badly for them. They had the couch smushed into our wall and I asked for a change to be made. He got very angry and was very rough with the unit. I had to leave. I couldn’t watch. It seems that time management given to the men is not adequate. It would be helpful perhaps to give consideration that is realistic to this schedule so they can feel good about what they do.

When we go into Teppermans, we do not feel pressured when browsing through the store. Service is great, delivery is just as good.

The big problem when they install the washer and dryer the washing machine wasn't hooked up properly water all over my floor in that and all my insulation I had to wait for it all down and that was not impressed and plus it was late by at least three weeks because of his backward or not kind of ridiculous

Furniture took 2 months before it was delivered right!!!! Also first set of chairs put together very poorly. Screws were falling out each day!! Jay

My wife and I were checking the outlet and got great deals. However the damage on the refrigerator was not correctly identified. The damage was supposed to be dent near control panel, but when delivered one of the back wheels was pushed into the unit and there were numerous dents in the back of the refrigerator. I managed to shim the back to level and the dents in the back are hidden so I decided to keep the unit. Only reason I did not give 5 stars.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received, our salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and not in the least pushy. Our delivery could not have gone better, there were three men, they arrived as scheduled and were most courteous. I would recommend Tepperman’s to anyone looking for furniture. Very very pleased.

We ordered a bed set and a washer dryer combo. Waited three weeks for delivery. Once they arrived we had to have our bedroom empty so they could assemble the bed and during assembly they noticed that the wrong slats were sent. So my wife (9 months pregnant) and I are sleeping on a mattress on our basement floor waiting for the proper slats to be delivered. It has been a week and a half now!!! And also one of the night tables was damaged and the other just didn’t arrive. Just to follow up, for the fourth time we had to reach out to these people and try and fix their mess and were instructed by manager Kevin Boyd that we should either accept it or take our business elsewhere. Kevin seems to think everybody should be calm and collect and shouldn’t get angry with him, not very thick skinned for a manager. Definitely do not recommend Teppermans. The salesman, and delivery guys were great! Management not so much!

We have bought a lot of furniture over the years and I would have to say our latest with Teppermans was the worst. Took almost 6 weeks to get our sectional in and when it arrived the wrong pieces were shipped. After SEVERAL calls with customer care, they seem to make the matter worse rather than better. Finally i was told I could bring back the wrong piece (I live 40 mins away) and pick up the correct one. Once I got to the store in Kitchener, they said "oh sorry we meant London." Nothing was ever done for reimbursement for my time or fuel. People make mistakes but it's how a company steps up is what's important. Needless to say, Teppermans is not a business I would recommend or do business with in the future.

I always get great service here . This was my third purchase and still the sales staff are very helpful and not high pressure. Awesome job guys. My wife and I will definitely be in for more purchases. Thank you

Guys were upset. They were given wrong info. So after that was sorted they took the old out and repeatedly said our new one wouldn’t fit. Even though we measured to make sure. So they didn’t attached couch sections together as they said it wouldn’t fit and for us to do it. Then they didn’t want to attached the back of the couches they told my wife to. But she made them do it.

Would certainly recommend Tepperman's for choice of products, prices, sales service and delivery service. Good company to do business with.

I belive it was Ben who was looking after us when we came in, We were looking for a new bed, king size mind you, perfect size for making pillow forts and what not, yes we are adults but sometimes you have to play some games in bed. Ben (again sorry if the name is wrong) walked us through the showroom explaining the different types of mattress what would be best suited for each person and got us to test them out. All pretty standard so far, he explained the financing which was a big part in us coming to Teppermans, My wife who is very anxious about spending money loved the prices which where affordable and also good quality of the suite, we went with the mattress, the bedroom set and a kitchen table and chairs and again it was a phenomonal price, it's all setup in the house now and makes the house look more like ours rather than a place we sleep with a hodgepodge of mismatching furniture. The delivery guys dropped the stuff off on friday and were in and out in 20 mins, would and will be buying more stuff from you guys in the future

We shop at the London location. We live in Kincardine, ON, and are happy to take the 2 hour+ drive to Teppermans! The best customer service, hands down!! No high pressure sales folks! When you need help, they are nearby. We recently purchased a Power Recliner, Sofa. The price was great, it was in stock, and we were able to take it with us! Our salesperson was Nadine Sylva, and she was Fantastic! We were so impressed, we ordered another identical Sofa, and they are going to hold it for a few month, while we finish the addition on our home! Awesome!!!! :)
