Helpful sales people, delivery men were pleasant and finished the job quickly, and we love our new couch!!

There selection of furniture is hit or miss. Layout in the store is not the greatest, but getting better. Staff behind the counter is not generally pleasant.

All went well, delivery was on time. I suggest offering customers buying washer and dryer if they need stacking kit, for fools like me who forgot

I'm sort of all over the place with this, I got a great deal on my set of 4 appliances, Mark was good as a salesperson. Delivery people at the store couldn't have been more than kind with my issues to say the least, but when appliances arrived I was surprised to find out install wasn't included. The lines I needed to hook up my fridge weren't brought I would think that if those are needed I would have been told at purchase time, good thing my plumber was onsite at the time. The dishwasher was just dropped off in the kitchen, not even taken out of box, wasn't told of this either. All in all good but mixed feelings on it. I've paid extra for my washer and dryer to be hooked up with hoses and stuff I would HOPE to god that they actual do this instead of just dropped off the way my kitchen was or there is will be some calls being made.

I rarely give reviews. But I am very happy with Teppermans. This is not the old store !! It no longer looks like Ron Burgandy's living room. Its very modern and clean. I didn't cringe walking in. The sales people don't pounce on you like other stores. We were in and out in a flash and the sales team where great. Product was delivered bang on time and the drivers were polite and efficient. No complaints. I will be back.

We had two amazing delivery guys. They were great with our little girl and were quick and careful with setting up and moving the furniture. I don't know what their names were but you guys are great at your job. Thank you! People always say the bad stuff. Just wanted to say something good.

Well buoght my furniture second week in april now at end of may no furnitre entertainment center now schedual to come in sept going to cancel that and i realy love it so nice was very sad i couldnt have it couch was to be deliverd yestarday may25 2019 but they could not get it in i live in an appartment i didnt know that it would not fit in they couldnt get it in the halway and it wasnt that big the movers said sale rep sould of said something so as of two weeks right now i have no furniture i have a very bad back and i have to sit on floor i wanted to get everything done befour i have surgery looks like not happening very sad was so excited spent almost 4 thousand dollars

I have shopped at Tepperman's for the last 15 years. My orders are always on time and correct. The delivery people are also always efficient with set up and are always punctual. I made the mistake of shopping at Bad Boy about 7 years ago. It was the worst experience. I will always shop at Teppermans for my household furniture and appliances from now on.

Our Saleswoman was informative and took a lot of time helping us. Our delivery guys were so nice. I was horrified to learn that they were not ‘allowed’ to pull in my driveway. It was a loooong walk with heavy furniture just to get to my door and then they also had a flight of stairs. It seemed unnecessarily back breaking. They could of pulled almost to my door. Doesn’t seem right.

Service while shopping is good. Getting a phone call back not as prompt and my lamp is busted now that I took it out of the packaging.

I had a great experience. My 1st time ever at Teppermans & I lucked out bc I got the best salesperson ever. The lovely Antonella. She was very professional and yet the type of woman you would love to have as a friend. The 5 or 6 times I was in the store if she wasn't working I would come back when I knew she was working. I can't say enough about my experience thus this long post lol. Antonella is a real asset for your business.

The service in store has been wonderful. The delivery was very quick for our first item. My only issue is the mess - the mud the men tracked in delivering our fridge took over an hour to clean partly out of our hall rugs (We can't quiet get it out) and then had to be scrubbed off the floor. Our entire main floor was a mess of muddy footprints.

Everybody was very courteous and knowledgeable. There wasn't any pressure to buy any items
