Very good service by Jamie when we we’re shopping for a mattress. We also liked the way their credit service works. Really good local store! Definitely we’ll go back.

I would of giving them 5 star. The delivery guys need to be more flexible. They didn't want to take my old fridge out because it was too tight to take out through the stairs. I told them remove the door, they didn't want to. 2 screws and I had to take off the door. I paid for the service, they should of done it. It wasn't hard.

Teppermans is good, just a few problems with manufacturers. Hopefully things will be resolved

We had some issues with our service but our sales rep was AMAZING!!!! Ryan went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of due to multiple problems beyond his control. He and the girl at customer service are truly the reason we didn’t cancel our entire order and continue to shop at Teppermans. Great service goes a long way!

Arrived on time. Movers courteous and friendly. Customer service at store was totally first rate with Alberto as our sales rep. All questions answered thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure we are happy customers. Only suggestion would be to have a service for set up for appliances and demo in house on arrival. Movers were obviously too busy to fuss at all and Simply put appliances in place then dashed off. There was tons for us to figure out on our own and that took lots more time. Just a thought.

Was delivered a non working appliance. Delivery drivers didnt test it. I called right after delivery and Teppermans suggested I start a warranty claim rather then standing behind their product. Finally after some negotiations I was able to return the dryer myself and exchange for another one. The delivery drivers damaged my floor and even after bringing this up to teppermans they did nothing. Forcing me to have to sue them. Will never deal with them again

Bought a fridge, did not receive it for a month and a week....had no success talking with Management. The fridge is okay but makes noises. Got the 3 month pay plan.Question as to when this starts from the day I purchased or day of delivery?Not happy!
