I don’t like that the sales team didn’t keep me updated and kept giving me different dates every time I called for some information on the stuff I ordered. So I wouldn’t give them a high rating. The delivery drivers that I had on the 25th however, were great. They can have all the stars.

Salesman was friendly and helpful and was attentive to our wants a don’t wants in helping us choose appliances. Delivery men were friendly and considerate when delivering in a timely manner. Customer care was polite and accommodating when contacted because of a minor issue with one of our appliances. The employee who looked after us at the service desk went through all the paperwork for our purchases alittle to fast for us to comprehend everything....was alittle overwhelming since we had purchased 3 appliances at the same time and we wanted to be sure we understood and knew what we were signing for our credit account. We had to ask her several times to repeat things.
I am happy with the product, but I am upset when the delivery guys came they dug my wall and said nothing about it.
So far love my Darcell sectional and dinning set. Fit perfectly in our home. Delivery service was excellent. I will definitely buy again from them.

I've purchased many items from Teppermans over the years. The quality is good, depends on what your buying. The bedroom suite I bought 7 years ago is still solid and beautiful. The sofa bed I purchased was terrible. It had to be fixed within a week of delivery very and the material on the seat cushions cracked and peeled. This is not something I will purchase again. My latest purchase is a queen size Stearns and Foster mattress. I've not had issues with the mattresses I purchase from Teppermans. Rosaire Cartier is the salesman for my last two purchases. He's friendly, knowledgable about the products and promotions. All in all a great experience.
I love my bed & love the tv and our furniture sales specialist; Im upset with the fact I ordered an expensive bed frame and we still haven’t received our order. The day we got our mattress delivered we were told the item was on back order and its expected to be at our new home June 21st 6 days after we moved in; which wasn’t to big of a deal we knew the item would be in that approximate date anyways. July 20th comes around and I called temper-mans because we’ve previously had something delivered and we knew they would call early in the day and they haven’t so I called them and I was told my item would be at the store July 5th & than they would have to deliver the bed frame after. Meanwhile we ordered this bed May 23rd and it’s almost been a month.

Spend 3200 dollars on a fridge only for the freezer door not to close properly. Only for Teppermans to send a repair guy extremely fusterated.

My husband and I purchase a stackable washer/dryer to suit our needs and that would fit perfectly in our home. After careful considerations and research we found the right one and colour! During the 3rd washing washing cycle I realized the drum must not be balanced it was extremely noisy and sounded like the machine was going to Explode. Called the manufacturer of the GE Diamond Grey 27”space maker washing machine and that’s Mabe. Had to wait for a local company to schedule a service technician. 1st visit he advised to use less clothes and space it out evenly and not to use really heavy materials! I asked why? It’s brand new I should be able to use it how I want and for it to suit my needs. Technician advised their not made like back in the day and I said doesn’t matter it’s brand new! 2nd visit back I advised technician I put less clothes and still there’s an issue only on this 2nd visit did the tech take the panel off the washing machine and advise me it’s no good & we needed new parts as the drum is not balanced. Tech advised not to wait for new parts and exchange it for a new one. It was purchased on March 1/2019 and delivered on the 15th of March. Absolutely horrible customer service from the start. From March 15 until this day Teppermans tried delivering the same unit 2 times to replace the original & both times there was damage on new unit! Ridiculous! Wasting time waitting around at home for this and wasting 1/2 day hoping the next unit will be OK! You would think they would un package it and make sure it’s 100% before trying to deliver again so not to waste anybody’s time. Complete frustration! Numerous phone calls made to customer care dealing with Nick and Michelle and each one of them kept making excuses to not deal with the situation at hand when already on the phone with them instead they would tell us talk to the next Customer Care Manager who’s in the next day and we’ll leave notes on the account. WoW completely ridiculous! Almost every time we were told a specific day we would be contacted it never happened. We also advised customer care wich cell # to contact and they kept calling the wrong number. We kept being told and waited for over 3 weeks for possibly a new unit coming into Windsor warehouse from another location but every time we were told a date it it never showed up and we’re told they could try their best but no guarantees. When your in the month of June and your purchase was beginning of March and delivered on the 15th and all the way until June you still don’t have a functioning unit in your home thats extremely poor customer service and clearly they did not care one bit to try and accommodate us. We purchased previously from Teppermans and will never give them our business again! Our unit has been picked up and returned to the warehouse and we were expecting a phone call from customer care regarding our account and to see how they can compensate us for all of the issues and time we spent with this. Not resolved yet and no communication from Customer Care as promised. We DO NOT recommended purchasing anything from Teppermans! Good luck if you do and have any problems once the items are in your home they don’t care!

i have got wrong delivery on one of the beds and its been a week it has not been replace and 2 pieces are also missing from the bed so i am not happy with that 1 bed they rest are good so thats why i am giving 3 stars
I bought a dishwasher in April around Easter. It is not working at all. The repair man made 3 visits to fix it and it is still not working. I feel that Tepperman’s should have replaced it and deal with the manufactures themselves instead of me. I’m a senior and cannot stand very long washing dishes myself. I have to take a break in between washing them. I even bought the 4 year warranty from Tepperman’s but they state it’s the manufacture’s problem and that I have to deal with the manufacture. Pitiful.
Terrible service! Sent me the wrong sofa only to wait three more weeks to send me the exact same wrong sofa and no one knows why or how this happened. Other then Alex W whom was the only person who seemed to get answers for us to why this happened, everyone else was useless.
