The people service was great... the cabinet was awesome... even though it took a bit long for delivery!! The delivery people were polite and careful!! All good!

I had wonderful service from the people in the bargain annex, 5 star!!! While completing a purchase there I wandered into appliances and purchased a refrigerator also. Unfortunately the salesperson in appliances did not respond to numerous telephone messages I left to confirm the order was placed as originally I had just left a deposit. I had to go back into the store to confirm and it was the kind salespeople in the bargain annex who looked up my order to let me know it was placed and approximate delivery time. Delivery was trouble free.

We bought a table lamp for our dads nursing home and it was faulty and broke in half with the lamp falling on my head. I wanted to return it since it's not a good make. After being almost rude unfortunately I was only able to get a replacement and not my money back. The supervisor actually said to me he can't take a hit on a refund. What about the time I took to drive there to shop. Waited two months for it to come in, the time I took to put it together and deliver to my dad in his room and then the time to jump through hoops in your store looking like the bad guy because it's junk. Now it sits in the box. I don't want to put it together again. Deliver it and have it fail. We have bought from your store for our last 5 houses. Now I have a sour taste in my mouth.

I would highly recommend shopping at Teppermans ..first time purchase ..but it won't be my last. Excellent service right from the beginning... we were looking for a recliner chair and a recliner love seat ..with power to recline. Ian was excellent ..showed us everything that was available and all the features. We told him we owned a cat ..and he made sure that the fabric would be cat claw proof. Called us when ready to deliver with a timeline. Delivery guys were excellent ..even moved the furniture we were temporary using. I would say from the beginning to the end of shopping at Teppermans ...Excellent! Excellent!

Salesperson Natalie K was amazing! She knew exactly what I was looking for. With her knowledge and help, I picked out several pieces of furniture in a matter of minutes and I am so happy with all of it.

Pre delivery I was called to say they had to assemble the bed before delivery. I said that was fine as long as they wrapped it so it wouldn’t get dirty. When they arrived it wasn’t assembled. The foot board box had been opened but taped back up and the one end was dirty. They told me they were told not to put it together. So my husband and I put it together ourselves and I cleaned it with my steam cleaner. You need better communication between the people who call before delivery and the delivery people. Also the new employee hit my wall and put a ding in it. Not impressed and will not be recommending your business

Salesman good experience in store delivery not good inadequately trained in customer service needs some coaching on how to respond to unhappy customers

My experience with Tepperman's has always been an excellent one.I have purchased several big items over the last few years and always found the sales staff accommodating and friendly, no pressure to buy, delivery staff friendly. Lily is my go to sales person. Very helpful at explaining the merchandise and feel we are always on the same page when it comes to decorating. I recently purchased an item and asked a month later to exchange it which is past the seven days return policy and Tepperman's willingly did so without hesitation. Can't beat that service.

The buying process itself was good however my item was damaged/scuffed when delivered and now I’m awaiting a replacement piece.

We got affordable price for bundle of 4 appliances, than we asked for postponed delivery and they kept it in the warehouse until new delivery was scheduled, everything was hastle free. Very good experience dealing with Tepperman!

We’ve had many purchases with Teppermans the most recent one has been very disappointing since November 1 of delivery the lights in our headboard have not worked they’ve been here four times to try and rectify the problem and still haven’t been able to fix it not happy

Tepperman's has been great, great customer service on the sales floor, at the service desk and upon delivery. We have recently bought a couch, chair, table and chairs.

Awful. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I waited 2 months for my couch and went through 5 different deliveries and two different couches before I finally got my couch. All mistakes were on the end of teppermans and the only time I spoke with anyone remotely friendly and professional was higher up in the company with steve and Matt.
