I have already reviewed the nightmare we dealt with our sectional sofa fast forward 6 months and my couch is ripping at the seams. We already had ours sofa fixed once in many spots that were falling apart upon delivery and now we have been waiting 7 weeks for a couch seat cover. This is one of their most popular sectionals yet we can’t get one couch cover to replace the ripped one. It has been one thing after another and we won’t ever shop at their store again. Buyer beware!! 2/10 on customer service upon complaints or resolving the issue promptly when you have a warranty. What good is paying for a warranty when you’re waiting months for service. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Go elsewhere for buying furniture.

There was a couch in the flyer and I couldn't find Tori but Martha approached me she was very friendly and busy but not too busy to help me. She was very kind and professional. Then I saw Tori and she helped me find the couch in the flyer. Unfortunately the colour didn't match the colour in the flyer. I was looking for a compact grey couch and this one was Brown. I was able to take advantage of the sale on pillows for my mother's 80th upcoming birthday this month. Tori helped me as always and she is very kind and sweet. I must say I gave the pillows early to my mom and she adores them they look wonderful in her place! I also took a look at some fridges the ice maker does not work in ours. And, there I met Matthew he was right there to help and I explained what I was looking for he was also very kind I was on crutches and he walked slow and made a few jokes and made me feel comfortable. Overpriced and unsatisfactory quality. Bought 4 bedroom sets from Tepperman’s and spent close to $20,000. First metal bed frame broke after 6 months. They thankfully replaced it. Second metal bed frame broke after a year. Had to file a claim and send pictures. Did that and was told I needed to buy a new frame because it was over a year. If you’re looking for quality and reasonably priced DO NOT buy from here! The name on the account is Phillip Schofield.

On October26 we purchased a sofa and loveseat from Tepperman's Furniture in St. Catharine's. We were impressed with the store, the sales staff, delivery, and professionalism. I wrote a great review. However, I noticed several wrinkles and creases on the fabric on both pieces of furniture after it was delivered. I called customer service and was told I needed to file a claim including pictures. On November 14, a technician came to the house and added some additional stuffing to one back cushion and said it was a matter of time and the wrinkles would be gone. I suggested they try steaming them out, however he said they don't offer that service. Once again, I called customer service and was told by them that since it was not a manufactures' issue there was nothing that they would do. This sofa/loveseat look cheaply made and the wrinkles stand out. After some discussion with Tepperman's they offered me $30. It is very upsetting to pay thousands of dollars to have inferior quality furniture and little satisfaction. Buyer beware of Tepperman's.

I wanted to share my experience with Teppermans. We visited the store a month ago and purchased over $10000 with of needing and living room furniture. The sales team was fantastic. The experience soured during delivery. We paid extra for delivery and so we expect a professional delivery experience. That's not what we got. The delivery people refused to take off they shoes. Every other furniture delivery we have ever had, the drivers take their shoes off. It's December and it's wet and they walked all throughout the house with we boots. The delivery also included set up, except for the bed frame we purchased?? Why the exception. Overall, I would not recommend Teppermans. They have forgotten that the delivery team has to be perfect! They are what the customer remembers about the transactions. Get it together! Next time, I'm shopping elsewhere.

Very poor customer experience. Story keeps changing when carpet will be available from mid November to end of November to December. Was told delivery 6:30 to 8:30 pm, not delivered , running late up to 2 hours. Sitting in empty condo waiting. Poor first and last experience with Ancaster Store.

Over 2 months ago we placed an order for a fridge at the Windsor location and they told us it will take a maximum of 4 weeks. We recently talked to the manager and they said they have no idea where the fridge is and it could take up to a year to get it. They also said if we cancel the order we’ll lose our deposit. Extremely ridiculous and disappointing behaviour. Please be cautious of them and I recommend others not to purchase any orders from them.

The sales staff at Tepperman’s are first rate.We had Garry Keeping ,a sale rep ,who showed us various Canadian made sofa beds which my wife and I were interested in.We were pleased with Gary’s knowledge of the sofas.He was exceptional in every way! Gary was very knowledgeable in that he explained in detail the features for various models we liked ;and in the end we chose a very fine Harrison sofa bed with a colour we were looking for. His easy going Eastern sense of humour made for a very memorable shopping experience . My wife and I will definitely buy other pieces of furniture from Tepperman’s in the future. Also,the delivery of our sofa bed Oct.2nd went as smooth as glass. The delivery people were experts who navigated the entire process with ease; and they were very careful to make sure everything went smoothly.They were not in a rush ! Kudos to the three delivery men… you guys are pros! My wife and I would like to thank you 🙏 for your efficiency and attention to detail. Thanks again Nick&Anne

Huge let down. Wouldn't recommend. Bought a coffee table and end table found out they were too big for my living room call store and they told me they do not do refund or exchange. Talk with customer care let them know about my situation, customer care told me to take pictures of the item I did that. Called them back a few days later and they told me that I could return them but they would charge me a 20% restocking fee.told customer care in no way does it say anything on bill and website that it says that. They told me either I take the coffee table I bought previous or buy another set or take a store credit no impressed with the company and will not be doing business with them any more. Buyers beware the store only wants ur money and then forgets about u.

In the last year we have purchased a new living room set, dining room set, washer and dryer, fridge and stove from Tepperman's. So we have had many deliveries to our home! In July we had our fridge delivered by Abbas and Vito. This delivery was a unique experience and Abbas and Vito's customer service was exemplary. They both went way above and beyond the usual customer service expectations to ensure we received a high quality customer experience. They treated us like we were family. Of all the delivery experiences we have had through Tepperman's, this one by far excelled all others. I thank you both for everything you did for us that day, you both deserve recognition for providing such a stellar representation of Tepperman's and what I believe they strive for in their business. Bravo!

This company does not stand behind the mattresses they sell. I bought and just received a double mattress, supposed to be firm. It actually has few spots that are not firm, and company has no policy for return or exchange. The manufacturer kingsdown only goes through the retail outlets. I had also talked to the telephone customer service, and the female rep was very rude, and unhelpful. I asked to talk to the owner - and she said she was the owner. I called to talk to a manager in the head office - and the manager never called back. Won’t be buying anything from Tepperman’s again - Wayfair is a much better option - and they deliver for free.

Have been a long term customer of Tepperman's London and always received value for money and great service, including helpful advice regarding appliance and furniture purchases from their sales team. I've also in the past found their finance/administration team pleasant and helpful with every purchase I've made. I will however moving forward never purchase appliances from Tepperman's again, instead I will purchase future appliances from Home Depot or Lowes. The reason for this being that I purchased an LG fridge/freezer around 3 years ago from Tepperman's which now has a compressor that does not work - my research has shown that this is a common problem with LG refrigerators, so common in fact that LG has been forced to provide a 10 year warranty on these compressors. The warranty only covers the part, I'm now out over $400 to have LG come and install it. I have two friends who experienced the same problem, LG compressor stopped working after 3 years, difference is they purchased from Home Depot and Lowes, both companies took responsibility, contacted LG, and covered the labor cost of new compressor install. My call to Tepperman's customer service was answered with "Not our problem, I can give you the LG phone number, nothing else I can do" Very disappointing.

This was my first time shopping at Tempermans. I was amazed at the service that I received from everybody that I was in contact with especially Tracy. I think that’s her name Tracy in Administration her voice was so reassuring, and made me feel confident about the sale of which I was about to make. Thank you Tempermans for all the help you gave me and for all the consideration you gave me because of my illness and my situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I now know why you are so popular. Thank you Brandon Afara, and AndreasThemlit, you guys are the best! I'm sure you will remember me when you see my name!

The worst experience I had with their products, on a bed set that I purchased, garbage, it broke after 3 months, and I was very upset when I heard that they are not coming to fix the product. What a bunch of crooks.

They have on their website Customer Satisfaction Guarantee which is you would think this would be the case but it is so far from the truth it is scary. I bought a fridge there, seen it was damaged and reported it within 1h of picking it up (we had not even moved it from the truck yet) and was told that first we have to wait 7 days for them to do anything. When i pushed to get some customer service during the call i was not only put on hold 5 times but they still refused to help. They then started to say a bunch of things that were not true trying to cover their butt. The fridge had damage to it and the box was damaged. It was damaged on the side of the box we didn't see when they loaded it in the truck. Overall the end result is I got absolutely no service from them, they refused to exchange or return it and the staff was also very rude. I had asked to speak with a manager and of course that is not possible for 3 days.... Seriously.... this is absolutely not customer satisfaction it is the complete opposite. A Few years ago we had bought a sofa and ottoman along with the extended warranty, the ottoman a few weeks after having it in our home sunk in we called and had a service man come out. We were told that anything heavier than 1 magazine causes it to sink in and that it was only for decoration and didn't actually function as an ottoman. Well since they refused to help us then we took it apart sure enough it was held together with a piece of fabric only. my husband ended up fixing it with some wood and it has been perfect since now that it is build correctly. This just goes to show you that not only does Tepperman's sell horrible quality but they absolutely have the worst customer service ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY at this retailer it isn't worth it. You will end up with expensive useless items which are just wasting your money.

Bought a Amana washer and dryer in 2019. Both washer and dryer have broke down over 5 x. Called Teppermans to see if I can get a credit for all the issues I have. I was told no they will not do anything. I don’t want anyone to go through what I’m going through. Washer is broken down again and still waiting for repairs. Broke already 4 times and we are only in May. U hope no one goes through this hassle. I’m a single mom and take care of elderly mom. I have to go to laundry mat and spend more money.
