The purchase experience with my sales rep was great. I have Doug in the outlet and he was amazing. However delivery was not so great. I got a delivery for a fridge first was to big, I didnt want them to leave it and they suggested I just keep it and figure out a return in 7 days. Then I went back to the store 30 minutes after talked to Doug again and he got my fridge picked up and returned for another new one same day. The delivery guys were another story. One out of each group was great, the 2nd was always complaining about the work. They came out the 2nd delivery time without a dolly and dragged the fridge on the cement in my driveway. Then scrapped my floors with the other fridge they removed because the proper equipment wasnt provided for them to move the fridges. So delivery experience was horrible and I paid for it.
Sales staff were excellent. Never felt pressured into buying, went back many times before making our purchase. Tepperman’s is our only go to place to shop.
The delivery crew was able to navigate the narrow staircase into our basement and deliver 5 appliances safe and sound.
Cutomer service was great! I would definitely go back to look for appliances in the future.

Right from the sales people who leave you alone when you just want to browse to the office staff, the credit department and the delivery process, you can count on all these people to work in tandem on your behalf. Tepperman's credit plans make buying a piece of furniture or an entire room more possible than if you went somewhere else. Like all stores, there is good quality and better quality products that will stand up to family life. They house the "trends" and functional furniture that suits todays styles. We're happy to be their customer!
About a month ago I purchased a GE dishwasher from Teppermans. I had to borrowed a friends truck to pick it up as I was trying to keep the cost down and did not want to pay for delivery. I picked it up about noon on a Saturday, brought it home and proceeded to remove my old dishwasher and install the new one. This took me about 3 hrs. Upon completing the job I went to push the top rack in and found it was binding up on the right hand side. After a little inspecting I discovered the the upper, back corner was severally crushed in. Being as it was later in the day by then I waited till Sunday morning and called to tak to someone at customer service. After explaining the situation to the person I was told that I needed to call GE as it was a warranty issue. I explained to her that I had this dishwasher for less than 24 hrs and it definitely should no be a warranty issue but a Teppermans issue. Eventually I was told that I could send pictures into there customer service department, they would review them and they would call me with a decision. The next morning I sent the pictures, and I will say I received a phone call within a couple hours. They told me I had 2 options. One, I could keep the dishwasher and they would do a price adjustment or two I could return it and they would give me another. I explained I did not want the damaged one, so I was told I could pack it up, bring it back and they would have another one. My response was...... I have to pack it up and bring it back, shouldn’t you pick it up and bring me a new one? Her response was no, since you did not have it delivered it is your responsibility to return it. REALLY? So, I had to borrow another truck, uninstall the dishwasher, load it up, bring it back and go through the whole process to get it home and yet again install it. That’s Ridicules, they give me a damaged product and I’m responsible for doing all that work. All because I never paid for delivery. I get that I didn’t want to spend the money for delivery but I should never have gotten a damaged dishwasher and they should have stepped up and taken care of it. This should not have been my problem, it was Teppermans problem. Good Customer service is so hard to find these days.
The salesperson were excellent, their knowledge of the products in the store were excellent in helping us make a decision on what to buy. The delivery people were polite & really great, a positive experience all around.

Everyone was so helpful. Answered all my questions. Very enjoyable shopping trip. So here's an update... I bought a bed for my son. Within months the sides collapsed on the mattress and the box spring cracked, a piece of wood from the boxspring started poking through the bed. Now I called and because I did buy the extended warranty (useless), Teppermans gave me the info I needed to get someone to look at the bed. I got told after the technician was out and took pictures that it was classified as consumer abuse. According to the manufacturer my son was jumping on the bed and mistreating it. Now please understand my son is 6'2" 16yrs old , 160lbs, a typical teenage boy..lazy and video games are his life right now. Our ceilings in the bedrooms are only 8ft high. Even as a small boy he's never jumped on a bed. So that bed was thrown out. Wasting a lot of money. The 2nd issue is the fridge. Technician was also sent to look at the fridge and hopefully send a repair person. Okay...the repair person had no clue how to fix the alarm on the fridge. Its from the Netherlands. The only thing still in good shape is the BBQ. NEVER BUYING FROM TEPPERMANS AGAIN!!!

Purchased a patio set, three queen beds and a couch for the basement. The staff was great to deal with. Our sales professional was Moe. He was no pressure, full of info and a pleasure to work with.
Experience was good. Delivery was quick and had no issues.

I decided to go with Teppermans because my friends had great experiences. I however did not, first the sales man ordered the wrong size bed. Caught it when I was paying, the discount for my otterman wasn’t applied caught that when I was paying. The salesman assured me at all costs my bed would be delivered to me on a certain date. Because I knew I could get my bed at the brick for same price delivered on that date. This day fastly approaches the salesman ignored my calls and emails. Then the day before didn’t come in. Only to find out my bed may not come for several weeks and he didn’t even order the rest of my bedroom set to be delivered. No compensation what so ever was offered to me for this. I am extremely disappointed I would never shop there again. And will be sure to let anyone know who wants to shop there.
