We actually had purchased 2 other couches elsewhere and had to return them due to our salesperson not listening, issues with quality, huge issues with delivery. Up to this point, we felt very devalued as customers who were ready to drop whatever was needed literally just to buy a couch. We were very nervous walking into Tepperman’s and truthfully not very hopeful due to our prior experiences elsewhere that we’d find what we need. Luckily the experience we had was amazing - no pressure sales approach, great attitude from the salesperson, listening to all of our needs and we truly found something that worked for us. We are so happy! And we will now always go to Tepperman’s first when we need to furniture because of how this experience went. Also - because this is huge for me - there was NO disconnect between the sales and delivery experience. The delivery team (which I think was in-house) was amazing and professional; moreso than any other delivery we have had (and for this particular purchase we have had many). I would purchase here again solely based on the fact that that part of our experience was amazing.

They came early but called ahead to tell us. When they arrived they did everything quickly & professionally.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. 1st they deliver broken items then they refuse to take them back until replacement comes in. 4 months later they say they can’t get replacements and they offered me nothing for storing their broken stuff. I bought $8000 in bedroom furniture. I went to Ashley furniture and had furniture delivered the next day same price but a higher end set. Never going to teppermans again

Sales, shopping, and purchasing were all excellent experiences, and the quality and comfort of furniture is wonderful so far. However, the movers damaged our hallway and I called to report a week ago, but am yet to receive response from movers. Disappointing...

Nice experience but not with technicians who installed everything, they didn’t want to work and finish their job perfectly and screwed us .
