Weren't told fridge would come as is from the warehouse & we needed (still need) fridge door turned so it opens from the opposite side. Delivery people were subcontracted & therefore unable to change it for us. Were told no one could come out to change it until August 7, after we've already had the fridge for almost a month.

I’ve dealt with Tepperman’s for years and never had a problem with them. Great service and everyone always friendly and very helpful. I try to deal with the same salesman every time and he’excellent. His name is Bob James in Windsor. Always gives me good service!

In the store was great one of the delivery guy was not the most happy, kind of short We had thought we ordered a shorter box spring the one man was very helpful said lets try it with the bags still on then if you don't want it we can take it back we did and said we would keep it so then they had to take mattress off and remove the bags he made a comment about having to to do it!. Have bought everything I have from Teppermans this is the first time I did not give 5 starts

All the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. They help you if you need help but otherwise, leave you to shop without following you around.

Service was excellent in store with no pressure to buy. The delivery guys were pleasant and polite and were in and out in no time. The only reason I gave a four is because they left four of the legs to my couch in the warehouse so they could only set up part of the couch and have the legs delivered on a different day (still waiting) which is inconvenient but not the end of the world. I would shop there again. Update: after being told the legs were in the warehouse and I would have them in a few days, I've been told that they are in fact not and it will be another 4-6 weeks until they are able to get them to me. My couch is incomplete and I now get to have an unusable portion of my couch taking up space until I get the legs. Such an inconvenience. As such, I've lowered my rating to a two.

This is rough, I have business to tepperman’s as they’re local people in the region. That being said, the sales agent I was with was great, however, stock showed 2/2 of the item I needed in stock. I received 1/2, with the second apparently being damaged. Granted they didn’t send the damaged one - they just said they called and told me it was damaged and then back ordered (they never called, I followed up) I picked this item partially due to the fact I could allegedly get it in a week. 2-3 weeks after this incident I call to follow up l, told not much they could do, put on hold so it can be looked into, then the line was dropped. Still waiting for a PAID for 300 odd dollar end table. No news. Well the repulsive assistance lead to me going to Smitty’s fine furniture and giving the better company 6k worth of business. Still waiting on that table!

We had a very good experience at Tepperman's. The delivery staff was excellent. When we went to pay the bill, we had a few questions about the bedroom set and the staff that we originally purchased the set from was not working so Ian, not sure what his last name is, was sent over to answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable and quite obliging. We always enjoy coming into the showroom and browsing, enjoying a great cup of coffee. Thank you for everything you do.

The salesperson to the delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. I used to work for lastmans Bad Boy and if I had any concerns I would definitely note it. But absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Thank you I was impressed. The reason I chose teppermans is because its local and Canadian.

I placed an order online, through my account, and received a phone call 4 days later stating that I needed to come into the store to sign paperwork. I was surprised at this as I had ordered through my account and have signed paperwork before with Tepperman's through e-sign. It should not have taken 4 days for someone to call about my order. I paid for delivery & set-up. The product was delivered and left in my basement for me to set-up. As someone with limited dexterity in my right hand, it took quite a while to connect the hoses to the back of the washing machine and then hope it didn't leak after I finally connected everything. I did not get the service I paid for.

We ordered a brand new, L-shape, leather sectional sofa and when it originally arrived, it looked quite rough. There were scratches on the wooden legs (with a feeble attempt with a paint pen to repair some marks) and the leather was scraped in other areas. When I contacted customer support, they were very helpful and ended up picking up the couch and replacing it with a brand new one. We are very happy with the way everything was handled and will use Teppermans for our future furniture needs.

Honestly I had a great experience all around from the purchase to delivery... but when I set up my 65” LG TV there was a visible impact on the screen and it doesn’t work... I didn’t even get to enjoy one day yet with my TV... I called you for support and they gave me the phone number to LG... called LG and they said it’s not covered threw the manufacturers warranty. We called you back and stated our issue then the phone got disconnected... called back 10 times and always got rerouted to voicemail... I personally think You should be helping us with this situation since I didn’t break the tv at all and literally took it out of box and set it up to a broken screen.. now we have to pay close $1000 for a screen when I didn’t do anything to the TV?? Tell me if that’s logical? I spent $5000 at your store and it will be the last time if you don’t help us.. we aren’t made out of money and I know you can help us if you really wanted to... so please take my matter into consideration..

The most pleasant shopping experience my husband and I have had .... All the staff were exceptional and our associate ... Danny was outstanding .... he gave us all the information we needed .... and Most of all he wasn’t overbearing in the least .... impeccable timing .... just perfect ! Our furniture was delivered in excellent condition by friendly and efficient associates .... Thank You so much .... We will be Back .... Joe and Noella

Had an amazing experience working with Kim Mitchell, she was so helpful as me and my boyfriend were first time home buyers. She always remembered us when we returned to buy some more things. She made us keep coming back. In the future we will defiantly stick with you guys because of her.

Went for a sleeve AC unit, delivered 2 days later, didn't fit. Too big. After some discussions, and with the help of the salesman and manager, everything was cleared up quickly. Been a customer 24yrs. Only dislike, customer service is off-site, but still in town. That, in itself, will make things harder on consumer. That aside, awesome.
