Bought a new bedroom set. Price was good compares to other stores. Delivery was on time and they even assemble and take all garbage with them. First time using Teppermans, very satisfied.

Furniture good, will never buy an appliance there ever again
I ordered my beaudoin customizable bed frame on boxing day. The bed was delivered after the 12 week manufacturing process and the installers arrived without the proper tools and cut through the upholstery in two places damaging the bed when they rushed to get through the process. Customer care became involved appologized and offered to replace the pieces. 12 weeks later the wrong pieces arrived. Customer care again apologized and after some negotiation offered me 100 store credit. I now, mid July, have the correct and installed bed. The delivery process is terrible (you must be available from 9-9 and only get a time slot the day before) I took three full days out off work to accommodate this and was not adequately compensated for the hassle of not one but two errors. I will not purchase from Teppermans again.

It was a pleasure doing business with Tepperman's from the Sales Person, to Customer Service Personal, to the Delivery Personal, they were all very helpful, and you could tell they were there to make sure you were happy with everything.
The staff were all very kind, welcoming and informative, I would personally give them 5 stars. The reasoning behind my 2 stars however, is due to our recent experience. My very recently wife and I purchased a couch at the outlet. Our options were narrowed down to this couch due to the fact that it would be going into our basement apartment. We were told that the couch would be packaged in 2 parts, so that one part could go into the car and the other could be tied on top. When the day came to pick it up, the couch was packaged as a single unit. Rightfully so, the staff were unwilling to lift it on top of the car, and the couch would not fit inside the car. As a result, we were left with no choice but to schedule for delivery which would be an additional cost. This added some stress as we would not be receiving the couch until 6 days later of our initial pick up date and we are not given a specific time until the day prior to the delivery; this ended up being on a Thursday between 11:00am-2:00pm, $50 if no one is home when they arrive. My wife and I both work during these times, but my parents were able to be there for us. While the staff were all very polite the overall experience left us feeling relatively dissatisfied.

Everything was perfect! Love our new sofa and chair. They are just like we pictured. From the initial visit where we were treated so well and helped so much, to the delivery of the items. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Knowing the two hour window for delivery let me get on with my day. Thank you so much! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tepperman’s to anyone! In fact we already have!

The sales team was excellent and the quality of the product was great. The people who delivered were very nice, but did scuff up the walls and floors a bit, and since it was a brand new home, it was pretty obvious. One piece of furniture was back ordered, but they delivered that to us for free.
The salesperson was very personable, and did not rush us at all. She was very open to listening to our story and letting us make this decision on our own. She was actually very much what most people would like when they are dealing with a large purchase.
