Great salesperson...Lou. lobed her. On time delivery...very fast. The delivery people were a bit bitchy. Mind you it was a big item and a hot day. I do not see any damage...but you could tell they were not happy. This was the only problem. Item is beautiful. Hopefully its good quality.

The staff was very good. The delivery personnel were very good however the delivery system and scheduling is not fantastic. Giving customers a 12 hour window for delivery and then borrowing it down to less time the day prior does not allow customers to either schedule other activities or prepare appropriately for the delivery.
Very Late delivery
I had purchased 4 kitchen appliances to be delivered, upon delivery everything was great other than the microwave range was broke, I understand that things happen and was not upset about that as the delivery person said someone will be contacting me about replacing it. I waited 3 days and no phone call so I called them. Very disappointed that there lack of communication as the customer care told me that the warehouse should have contacted me and the salesman told me that customer care should have contacted, nice how they "pass the buck"..I've spent over $15,000 in the past 3 1/2 yrs..my money in the future will go some place else! Delivery guys were great I give them 5 stars.
The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The delivery team arrived within the designated time frame, were friendly, skilful and efficient.

Our salesperson. Was a great help at every stage. When we had a major prob with whirlpool stove. Did all he could to help And we bought another one. The store itself is nice and bright.
I started out by calling the store for pricing clarification and they were incredibly helpful. I was connected with Shelley in appliances and she was attentive and responsive. I setup a meeting in store and she guided me through my questions and concerns. The entire process was easy and the staff were the best in the business. I know Tepperman's is the right choice!
Fast quick service. In and out of the store in 30 minutes. Quick credit check and approval. Delivered a day and a half later.

Very gòod pick up area and staff
Teppermans used to be great, never had issues,....been with them for alot of years, furnished my home, then had a major issue with my custom orders fridge, I had insurance, but apparently insurance did not cover all fridge items, which we lost alot of money, then had no fridge for 2 weeks, with a little one in our home!!, they told us insurance only covered freezer, shame on Teppermans because the fridge is a stand alone one, which costed us over 2,000.00, and we had to replace all 9n our 9wn out of pocket to fill the fridge back up!!!, then our couch 8ssue, they fixed that, but only because the wife got 8nvolved!!,
Delivery of wrong stuff No or ZERO communication one department to the other. Example customer care to shop personnel. Sick of answering same question on issues. The team Ned’s to be a team. They r so so segregated. Or maybe it’s too many people for one job. That Steve guy has a memory for issues as well as remembering and documenting stuff.
We ordered a sofa bed (custom order) however a regular sofa was ordered mistakenly. While mistakes do happen what matters is how companies respond when they do. Tepperman's stepped up, admitted the error was caused at their end and made the situation correct by ordering the appropriate sofa bed. The only service complaint I have is their "on hold" music choice and it's volume.
The sales lady was great to deal with. Delivery wasnt going to be available to our area for a month, which was kind of ridiculous. We opted to pick up our washer and dryer at the london location. We installed our new set and the washer had two error codes while trying to run a load of laundry through. We had the option of exchanging the washer for a new one or having a repair man come out. We opted for the exchange but was not really impressed with having to drive 200km round trip to do the exchange. Having purchased a higher priced set then what we had planned on , we thought the quality would be better but instead we got a defective washer or so we hope. New washer was installed and so far so good.
Delivery 6-8 , got a call telling me that just around the corner Delivered at 9:30 Poor delivery service After had fabric damage on love seat Now waiting for replacement and also found a cut on other seat, exposing the inner material Waiting for technician now It's been two weeks
