The delivery started out rough, they had to remove 3 doors on fridge to get thru door vut after that it went fine.

I have been dealing with Teppermans for many years excellent prices on everything the staff in the store are very knowledgeable on everything that is in their store. Delivery always on schedule and everything is packed and delivered very carefully. Also great options for financing.

Took a long time to get what we purchased and communication was not transparent. First and last time we will buy from then

Delivery was to be on a certain date and wasn’t, had to wait another week for couch and fridge. Had to cancel family function.

I give Teppermans a 5 star rating. I love Teppermans! The sales team is not pushy. They are very relaxed & do not rush up on you. They are, however, full of knowledge & ready to satisfy your desires. I purchased many things from Teppermans 15 years ago when I first bought my house. I just now came back to purchase new living room furniture on approved credit. No interest for 2 years & nothing required down!!! However, I did make a $150 deposit. The delivery was fast, as scheduled & the product is beautifully made in Canada! Extremely happy with my purchase! Thank you, Teppermans!

I've been with Teppermans for quite a while and have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness and the best customers service I've seen for a long time. Everyone I speak with is happy and knowledgeable. I recently had an issue with a product and the issue was resolved with no hassles. I am very satisfied with the resolution and would recommend Teppermans completely.

I purchased an outdoor patio furniture set on May 12th and was told it would be shipped in 4 weeks. I was perfectly alright with the wait. It is now July 24th and I still do not have the furniture and summer is more than half over. I am very disappointed in the purchase process. Although the sales rep has made attempts to keep me updated on my order, it is now 2 1/2 months after my order date and still nothing.

Warranty service time and communication was awful

Being recently separated made it a little harder to get large credit but you still found a happy medium for me to purchase what I needed.

We have a very good experience while searching for a bed. They had a play area for my child, this allowed us to focus on our purchase. Our sales associate was knowledgeable, was able to find us added savings and made the process move smoothly.
