In the store we were treated with respect - not pushed into buying something we didn't want, not left to find things on our own. The credit department was friendly and efficient, and the delivery was exceptionally punctual, friendly and capable.
An error occurred with the sofa colour chosen at time of creating the invoice. Issue is being resolved as per salesperson. Eagerly awaiting the arrival of my sofa in the correct colour scheme.

Tepperman’s is not a trusted retailer who stands behind what the they sell.
The only thing I could fault is the fact that your delivery people do not put on slippers/booties when they come into your home.
Teppermans Customer Care doesn't actually seem to care about the Customers. Unfortunately getting calls back from this department doesn't appear to be a priority and when errors/mistakes are made. If you want any kind of response or action, you as the customer needs to follow up and follow up..... and follow up. Delivery staff is was professional and curtious. Sales staff was knowledgable. But no one is willing to apologize or take ownership of a mistake. No apology received. Not certain we will be returning to use Teppermans or recommending it to others.
Still waiting for a follow up call regarding our new bed we bought they were suppose to raise it with the legs that we got.
Recently had a leather couch and matching armchairs delivered. The armchairs were the wrong colour and the couch had some damage on the back. That being said, there was no issue sending back and reordering the armchairs and the couch will be fixed. This was my very first issue I’ve had with teppermans, but they really handled it well so I appreciate that!
