Great customer service
I first purchased a Samsung washer and I was not impressed with the sales staff. I had to approach the sales rep as not one had come to me to see if I needed help. She was to busy sitting down chatting with another representative. I had not purchased a washing machine in 11 or 12 years and was not aware that the sizes had changed for the front loaders. The representative did not ask me if I had measured to make sure it would fit into my basement. I paid for emergency delivery and it was late arriving and I called and complained. When it did arrive it was 3 inches to deep so it had to be returned. I returned to the store the next morning to purchase another one that would fit and was approached immediately by a sales rep and I told her what had happened and that I would be dealing with a manager this time. She was extremely helpful and provided me with the info to get the new washing machine which was a front loader LGE washer. I then went to a manager to finalize the sale and file my complaint and he did provide me with a little bit of a discount and promised emergency delivery. It was delivered in the morning on Saturday and in the morning and the delivery personal was great and I am now happy with the delivery and the washer. The only thing was I which they could have accommodated me with same day delivery to make up for the dissatisfaction on the Samsung washing machine.

The staff on the sales floor were great! I didnt feel hounded or as if I were being chased or cornered. And when I needed assistance a staff member was easy to locate.

My experience with Tepperman's was very good. I had ordered a futon and unfortunately a couple of the springs broke. I have purchased a lot of good quality furniture from Tepperman's in the past, but i had never dealt with them in a warranty situation, so i wasn't sure what to expect. They were great. They picked up the futon and i replaced it with a couch that I love. There was no hassle and I'm a happy customer.

I would like to give a higher rating however the first dented fridge that was delivered had to go back. When removing our stove the glass shattered all over our living room. They didn't put a stair runner on our stairs so most of the steps are chipped now. The 2nd brand new fridge had a bigger longer dent so we gave it one more try and they finally got it right. The last 2 delivery guys we so professional and personable and not to mention the fridge wasn't dented. It's been 5 days and so far so hood. First time ever purchasing from teppermans and not a great experience
I have been buying from Tepperman's over the past five years and during that time I have never had a time when I did not leave the store a satisfied Customer. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful.
Salesperson was helpful and store had amazing display and selection. Salesperson advised they priced matched which is part of the reason why I bought same day. I was able to find for quite less and provided information same day. Took over a week to get my refund but it came. I had followed up twice to ensure I got it before my furniture was delivered. I also had to deal with Customer Service for some paperwork issues. Service was ok. Delivery service is terrible. I can deal with the 3 hour window but it would be more appreciated if it could be scheduled in advance and not the day before. If the window does not work, you have to reschedule the entire day. No preferences are given. The delivery company is a third party. Not super professional. I was asked to help with carrying a table since the guy didn't want to wait for his partner. 3 out of 4 tables had nicks out of them. Customer service offered approx 5% discount to keep which I refused and they were unable to tell me when they could be replaced. Called into the manager at the store who was more helpful. 1 of 4 tables was on back order. I was told how I could track the delivery the day of which I was not told previously. 2nd delivery of 3 tables went better. Waiting on the last table.
