Great service the delivery guys were awesome
My husband and I have purchased furniture from Tepperman's and have always been very pleased with our purchases. We recently visited the store and bought a new mattress. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain our options. Delivery of our mattress went smoothly and we were given notice beforehand of time and date. Once again .... a happy customer!
Well everything thing was great in-store service and all until delivery. Time was great service was great until I asked the question. " So, how do I know I received the mattress I purchased in store, is what I got?" Well it was on the wrapped part but we already tore it up and it's garbage!* So a week with my new mattress and it doesn't feel firm like the one I picked in store! So now what?

Just wasn't aware the Stove came in many pieces...
Usually we have no problems with tepperman’s. This time though we had customer service hang up on us. Initially we phoned because our product was not working. Although frustrating, we are always appropriate on the telephone, so this was a surprise to be hung up on. Something we were not expecting to happen from tepperman’s.
It was a good day in the store the sales men were good. The delivery guy need a little bit of work on the clean up. But not to bad. We have purchased all are appliances and furniture from Teppermans and will always be a customer. Thanks to everything and your service

Our furniture was back ordered and we were not informed. We had to call to find out. No apology or explanation.
Great service and very helpful professional staff
Like I had said previously that I had rearranged my schedule to be home during the time that I was told the delivery would happen and then the driver calls me 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. I had to leave work to get my delivery. If they had not waited for me I would have disputed the $50 charge for non-delivery. Otherwise the sales person was very knowledgeable and kind and so was the credit staff.

Hello, if your asking me to review your new Website Tempermans.com your website seems very easy to use. As for costumer service im not incredibly happy. I bought a new GE washing machine a few weeks ago now. And the new washer is great. But i also purchased a new fridge and I am still saddly waiting on it to come in 3 weeks later. I've always done most of my shopping with Temppermans, but then never waited this long for something I wanted or needed to come in before.
