Pickup instructions were incorrect or not followed. Email confirmation instructed us to proceed to Ski Lifts desk. No one was at the desk. Called customer service who told me to stay at desk while he contacted our driver. Driver called and told me he was at the Visitor’s center. Unfortunately he could not explain to me where he was due to language barrier. Eventually after many frustrating phone calls, he found us after I sent him a picture of our location. The drive was fine after that.
Our driver Ainars was brilliant - his English was great allowing excellent conversation! He arrived 15 minutes ahead of planned pick up time allowing us to leave exactly to time. The journey was smooth in a very clean roomy minibus arriving at Geneva Airport in good time for our flight. A 5* experience all round- thank you!
Everyone else on my transfer had their flight cancelled. Fabulous that ski lifts still sent the van all the way to Geneva just to pick me up. And they sent it off earlier to suit me too ! Fabulous service. I’m sure some other operators would have just cancelled.

Had a recent golf trip to Portugal and found this company offering transfer services. I was surprised how good the price was and was almost a little dubious but the whole process was great. There was somebody at the airport to meet me and the transfer to the hotel arrived within 10 minutes. The transfer back to the airport was just as easy. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
