The incorrect car seats were provided for my children, meaning they could not be strapped in safely. I requested that this was rectified for the return journey, which was confirmed, but then two newborn baby seats were provided. This resulted in another unsafe transfer and us having to sit with our bags in the footwell (because the driver had to put baby seats in the boot) which was uncomfortable and dangerous. I had requested an earlier pick up time for our return journey which was also confirmed but the driver did not arrive at that time and so we were late. Driver was friendly but driving was appalling and both journeys were unsafe. Very disappointed.

Excellent communication, good value for money and great service, would recommend.
My flight time was 15.25 and the pick up time was 08.25. The journey from pick up to the airport did not involve any other passengers and took 45 mins. I was therefore expected to sit in the tiny airport, Innsbruck for 6 hours before take off. This was totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Can you please explain??? As for the driver, he arrived on time, was courteous and I felt safe.

It was great that the transfer was there waiting for us at the airport. The vehicle was clean and the drivers were polite both ways. The communication was good. One thing I would just say is if you have a large snowboard/ski bag like us then specify with extra details. We had said we had one with us but they didn't expect the size of ours. This created last minute problem solving as to how to load the van. I would also reconfirm if you require child booster seats.

Return transfers were arranged from Turin Airport to Aosta on February 9th and 16th 2025. Transport was on time. Drivers were friendly and polite. Vehicles were clean. I would recommend ski-lifts
